Tour Overview
Lausanne's Gothic cathedral bell tower at dusk over Lake Geneva, Montreux's Lavaux UNESCO terraced vineyards at golden hour, and Geneva's CERN underground tunnel where the world's largest particle accelerator runs the Large Hadron Collider — premium Switzerland eight days across the Röstigraben language border.
A 5-night Switzerland city tour package from India that crosses the country from German-speaking Zurich to French-speaking Geneva - two nights in Lucerne, three on Lake Geneva for Montreux and the medieval castle at Chillon, with Zurich, Bern and Lausanne seen on the days you are travelling anyway. It runs all year because nothing on it depends on a cable car; April to October gives the longest daylight and keeps the Lucerne wall towers open. From ₹1,02,999 per person, two adults in a double room - land package, international flights excluded. Tell us your dates and we will build the quote around them.

DAY 01
Land in Zurich, see it, then on to Lucerne
Bags in a locker - Lindenhof - Lucerne by eveningLUCERNE
Land in Zurich, see it, then on to Lucerne
Bags in a locker - Lindenhof - Lucerne by evening
- ARRIVAL
- The rail station sits directly under Zurich Airport arrivals. Ten minutes to the main station, and your bags go straight into a station locker - one ticket carries you all the way to Lucerne with this stop built into it.
- MIDDAY
- Lindenhof, the flat terrace where the Romans put their customs post. It gives you the river bend, the old town roofs and both church towers in one view, for nothing, and almost nobody is up there on a weekday.
- AFTERNOON
- Down through the Niederdorf lanes to the Limmat, then the lake promenade at Burkliplatz. On a clear day the Alps sit at the far end of the water.
- LATE AFTERNOON
- Bags collected, then about fifty minutes on to Lucerne. Two nights begin, and the station there opens straight onto the lake.
Central Lucerne, 3-Star
2 nights - Breakfast - Old town and station both on foot
- Stay Two nights in a central 3-star double room with a double bed and breakfast.
- Position Inside or beside the old town, so both bridges, the painted squares, the Lion Monument and the wall towers are walking distance. Nothing on either Lucerne day needs a transfer.
- Meals Breakfast both mornings. No dinner on either night - the old town cellars are a five-minute walk and you pick your own. No dinner is included on any night of this package, in either city.
- Note Lucerne rooms sell out early for July and August. Your confirmed property and room category are stated in writing on your quotation before you pay anything.
Zurich Airport to Lucerne, with Zurich in between
One ticket - Zurich stop built in - Lucerne by evening
- At the airport The station is directly under arrivals, with lifts down to the platform for luggage trolleys.
- Route Ten minutes to Zurich main station, then about fifty minutes on to Lucerne. One ticket covers both legs and the stop in between, so your half-day in Zurich costs nothing extra.
- Lockers Zurich main station has left luggage, so you walk the old town without your cases and collect them on the way to the Lucerne train.
- Private car option Available as an add-on if you would rather not board a train off a long flight. Quoted separately.
Chillon Castle (Included)
The only paid entry in the package - 11th century - On the water
- Included Adult entry to Chateau de Chillon, plus the local train from Montreux, which your guest card already covers. Nothing to pay at the gate.
- What it is A castle built on its own island of rock against the shore, lived in from the 11th century, held by the Counts of Savoy for four hundred years. Around forty rooms are open, including the cellars that sit below the lake surface.
- Why it is the one ticket we bought It is the most visited historic building in Switzerland and there is no free equivalent anywhere on this route. Everything else in these six cities can be seen from the street, so the money went here.
- Season Open all year, closed 25 December and 1 January. Winter hours are shorter, so a December trip means an earlier start.
DAY 02
Lucerne - two bridges, a lion and a wall
Chapel Bridge 1333 - Spreuer Bridge 1408 - Four towers to climbLUCERNE
Lucerne - two bridges, a lion and a wall
Chapel Bridge 1333 - Spreuer Bridge 1408 - Four towers to climb
- MORNING
- Chapel Bridge, built in 1333 and the oldest covered wooden bridge in Europe, with the octagonal Water Tower set into it. Free, two minutes from the station, and emptiest before nine.
- THEN THE OTHER ONE
- The Spreuer Bridge from 1408, a few hundred metres downriver. Its ceiling is a complete Dance of Death cycle painted in the 1600s, and because almost every visitor stops at the famous bridge you often have this one to yourself.
- MIDDAY
- Weinmarkt and Hirschenplatz, where the house fronts are painted floor to roof, then the Lion Monument - cut into the rock in 1821 for the Swiss Guards who died at the Tuileries. Mark Twain called it the saddest piece of stone in the world.
- AFTERNOON
- The Musegg Wall, where four of the nine medieval towers are open to climb with no ticket. The Zyt tower holds the city's oldest clock, which is allowed to strike one minute before all the others.
Montreux, 3-Star - and the Card That Comes With It
3 nights - Breakfast - Free regional transport included
- Base 2 Three nights in a central 3-star double room with a double bed and breakfast - the longest stay of the trip, and the one Chillon, Geneva and Lausanne all run from.
- The Montreux Riviera Card, included Every overnight guest in the Montreux and Vevey region gets this card, because the tourist tax you are already paying funds it. It gives free local transport across Montreux, Vevey, Villeneuve and Chillon, and half price on the castle - which is why the castle entry in this package costs what it does.
- Meals here Breakfast all three mornings. No dinner on any night. Montreux eats cheaper than Geneva and considerably cheaper than Zurich.
- Note The Montreux Jazz Festival runs in July and fills the town. If your dates touch it, say so early - rooms go months ahead and rates move.
Lucerne to Montreux, via Bern
2 hrs 40 min of travel - 4-hour stop in Bern
- Route Lucerne to Bern about an hour, then Bern to Montreux about an hour and forty. One ticket, one day, the Bern stop built into it. The one and only hotel move of the trip.
- Left luggage Bern station has lockers. Use them - the old town is six kilometres of cobbled arcades and the Rose Garden is uphill.
- Four hours covers The Zytglogge, the arcades, the Bundeshaus terrace, the Bear Park and the Rose Garden, which are all within about twenty minutes of each other on foot.
- Timing Morning departure from Lucerne. Leave late and you arrive in Montreux after dark with Bern half seen, which is the one way to get this day wrong.
Montreux Riviera Card (Included)
Free regional transport - Half price on the castle
- What it is A guest card every overnight visitor in the Montreux and Vevey region receives. It is funded by the tourist tax, which is already inside your package price, so it is not an extra we are charging you for.
- What it covers Free local trains, buses and trolleybuses across Montreux, Vevey, La Tour-de-Peilz, Villeneuve and Chillon. The castle run, the Vevey run and every bus along the lakefront cost nothing while you hold it.
- Half price on Chillon The card discounts the castle by fifty per cent, which is the single reason the only paid entry on this trip is a small one.
- What it does not cover Lausanne and Geneva are outside the card's zones. Those two journeys are on your pre-issued tickets instead, which is why they are listed separately.
DAY 03
Bern on the way through, then Lake Geneva
Lucerne to Bern 1 hr - 4 hrs in a UNESCO old town - On to MontreuxMONTREUX
Bern on the way through, then Lake Geneva
Lucerne to Bern 1 hr - 4 hrs in a UNESCO old town - On to Montreux
- MORNING
- An hour to Bern. One ticket covers the whole day's travel to Montreux and lets you break the journey here, so the Bern stop costs nothing extra. Bags go in a station locker.
- BERN, ABOUT FOUR HOURS
- The whole old town has been UNESCO World Heritage since 1983, and it is built inside a loop of the Aare so the shape has not changed in 800 years. Six kilometres of covered arcades, the Zytglogge astronomical clock with its figures turning a few minutes before the hour, and the Bundeshaus terrace. All free.
- ACROSS THE RIVER
- The Bear Park on the Aare bank and the Rose Garden above it, which is where the postcard view of Bern is actually taken from. Both free, both about fifteen minutes from the clock tower.
- LATE AFTERNOON
- Bern to Montreux, about an hour and forty minutes, and the language outside the window changes on the way. Three nights begin on Lake Geneva.
4-Star, and the Alternatives
Quoted before you pay
- 4-star, all five nights The same two cities and the same central positions, moved up a category. You can also upgrade Montreux alone and leave Lucerne at 3-star, which costs about half of that.
- Lake-view room in Montreux Quoted on request rather than listed, because it depends entirely on the property and the month. Montreux is where a lake view is actually worth paying for on this route.
- If the 3-star we want is full We move you to a similar-tier property in the same area rather than a cheaper one further out, and we tell you before you pay, not after.
- Single travellers A single occupancy supplement applies and is quoted separately. The headline price on this page is per person, two adults in a double room.
Montreux to Geneva and back
1 hr 10 min each way - Return ticket included - No bags
- Route Along the north shore of Lake Geneva, about an hour and ten minutes each way. The first twenty minutes run through the Lavaux terraced vineyards, which are UNESCO listed and best seen from a lake-side window.
- Return included Both directions are pre-issued. No bags today - you come back to the same room.
- No fixed departure Trains run several times an hour, so you choose your own start and finish. Nothing in Geneva is booked.
- The slower way back A lake boat from Geneva towards Lausanne is possible in summer and is on the add-on list. It takes most of an afternoon, so it replaces part of the city rather than adding to it.
What You Walk To, for Nothing
Six cities - Two bridges - A clock tower - A bear park
- Zurich The Lindenhof terrace, the Niederdorf lanes, the Limmat quays and the lake promenade at Burkliplatz. No tickets anywhere.
- Lucerne Chapel Bridge from 1333, the Spreuer Bridge from 1408 with its Dance of Death panels, the Lion Monument, the painted squares, and four climbable towers on the Musegg Wall - roughly April to early November.
- Bern A UNESCO old town in its entirety - the Zytglogge, six kilometres of arcades, the Bundeshaus terrace, the Bear Park and the Rose Garden viewpoint. Not one of them charges entry.
- Montreux, Geneva and Lausanne The lakefront promenade and the Freddie Mercury statue; the Jet d'Eau, Place du Bourg-de-Four, St Pierre Cathedral, the Reformation Wall and the flower clock; Lausanne Cathedral and the Ouchy waterfront. All free to enter or to stand in.
DAY 04
Chillon Castle, and the Montreux lakefront
4 min by train - Castle on a rock in the lake - Entry includedMONTREUX
Chillon Castle, and the Montreux lakefront
4 min by train - Castle on a rock in the lake - Entry included
- MORNING
- Chillon is four minutes from Montreux by local train, free on your guest card. It sits on its own rock in the lake, parts of it go back to the 11th century, and it is the most visited historic building in Switzerland. Entry is included.
- INSIDE
- The vaulted cellars under the water line are what Byron wrote about in 1816, and his name is still carved on a pillar down there. Allow two hours; the route runs through about forty rooms and the keep at the end has the lake on three sides.
- AFTERNOON
- The Montreux lakefront promenade back towards town, about forty minutes on the flat past the flower beds and the Freddie Mercury statue. The Dents du Midi sit across the water the whole way.
- IF YOU HAVE ENERGY
- Vevey is ten minutes up the line and free on your card - a smaller lakefront, a market square and the Chaplin statue on the quay.
Montreux to Geneva Airport, via Lausanne
1 hr 15 min of travel - Lausanne stop built in
- Route Montreux to Lausanne about twenty-five minutes, then Lausanne to Geneva Airport about fifty, arriving directly under the terminal. One ticket with the stop built in.
- Left luggage Lausanne station has lockers. The cathedral is uphill and Ouchy is downhill, so do not carry cases through either.
- Buffer This day is built for an evening flight. Allow four hours from the hotel if you skip Lausanne, or seven if you take the stop.
- Early flight For anything before two in the afternoon we drop the Lausanne stop, or move the last night to Geneva. Both are quoted before you book, and the Geneva swap changes the price.
DAY 05
Geneva - the fountain, the old town, the squares
1 hr 10 min each way - Jet d'Eau - All of it free to walkMONTREUX
Geneva - the fountain, the old town, the squares
1 hr 10 min each way - Jet d'Eau - All of it free to walk
- MORNING
- About an hour and ten minutes along the north shore of the lake to Geneva, vineyards most of the way. Rail included, no bags today.
- THE JET D'EAU
- 140 metres of water thrown out of the lake, visible from most of the city and free from every angle. The pier walk takes you underneath it, which is wetter than it looks from the shore.
- OLD TOWN
- Place du Bourg-de-Four, the oldest square in Geneva and still a working one, then St Pierre Cathedral where Calvin preached. The cathedral itself is free; the tower climb is a few francs and is on the add-on list.
- AFTERNOON
- The Reformation Wall in the Parc des Bastions, and the flower clock in the Jardin Anglais. Both free. If the UN district interests you, the Broken Chair stands outside the Palais des Nations.
DAY 06
Lausanne on the way out, then Geneva Airport
25 min - Cathedral and Ouchy - 50 min on to the terminalDEPARTURE
Lausanne on the way out, then Geneva Airport
25 min - Cathedral and Ouchy - 50 min on to the terminal
- MORNING
- Check out, twenty-five minutes to Lausanne, bags into a station locker. One ticket covers Montreux to the airport with this stop built into it.
- LAUSANNE
- The 13th-century Gothic cathedral on the hill, free to enter, with the city falling away to the lake below it. A night watchman has called the hours from its tower since 1405 and still does, which you will not hear on a day visit but is worth knowing.
- DOWN TO OUCHY
- The m2 metro drops 370 metres from the cathedral to the waterfront in seven minutes. Ouchy is the lakefront quarter, free to walk, and the Olympic Museum sits on it if you want to add it.
- AFTERNOON
- Lausanne to Geneva Airport, about fifty minutes, arriving directly under the terminal.

Full policy details
Cancellation Policy
- 10 or more calendar days before departure: a 30% cancellation charge applies to the eligible package amount. Choose a 70% refund in USDC or 100% of the eligible amount as Atravelx Travel Credit.
- Less than 10 calendar days before departure: 100% non-refundable. No refund or Travel Credit is ordinarily issued.
- After travel commences, or no-show: non-refundable. No refund or Travel Credit is ordinarily available.
- Days are counted as calendar days to the scheduled departure date, in UTC (Coordinated Universal Time). The timestamp on your written request fixes when Atravelx received it.
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing through an authorised Atravelx channel: your concierge, info@atravelx.com or WhatsApp +91 92500 00511. A phone call alone does not cancel a booking until it is confirmed in writing.
- Quote the booking reference, the lead traveller's name and the services affected. Atravelx may ask for identity or payment verification before acting on a request.
- A reason is not needed to qualify under the 10-day window.
- Cancelling some travellers, rooms, nights or services is a package amendment, not a cancellation. It does not qualify for the 10-day refund or credit on its own, and it can change the per-person price for the remaining travellers.
Atravelx Travel Credit
- Travel Credit is issued as an Atravelx Credit Note for 100% of the eligible amount actually paid, denominated in USDC.
- The 30% cancellation charge is waived when you choose Travel Credit instead of a refund.
- Credit can be used towards any eligible service booked through Atravelx: holiday packages, stays, flights, transfers, sightseeing, car rental, visa assistance and other eligible services.
- Travel Credit is non-cash. It cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cryptocurrency or fiat currency, or transferred to another person, unless Atravelx agrees in writing.
- The validity period and expiry date are stated on the Credit Note.
- Prices at the time of the new booking apply. Travel Credit does not hold the same hotel, room, destination, dates, itinerary, supplier, activity, package or price.
- If the new booking costs more, you pay the difference in USDC. If it costs less, the balance stays on the Credit Note under its terms.
- Once you choose Travel Credit, the choice is final. It is not later converted into a refund.
Date Change Policy
- Request date changes 10 or more calendar days before the scheduled departure date.
- A date change is not guaranteed. It depends on hotel, transfer and activity availability, supplier approval, revised room rates, seasonal pricing, blackout dates, peak-season supplements, transport costs, fare differences, supplier amendment charges and revised itinerary costs.
- If the revised package costs more, you pay the difference in USDC. Supplier amendment or date-change charges may also apply.
- A date change is confirmed only when Atravelx confirms the revised arrangements in writing.
- Requests made less than 10 calendar days before departure depend on supplier approval and cannot be guaranteed.
- A postponement or date change is not a cancellation. It does not by itself create a refund or Travel Credit entitlement.
Bundled Holiday Packages
- Atravelx holiday packages are booked and priced as bundled travel arrangements made up of several interconnected services.
- Individual components of a confirmed package cannot ordinarily be cancelled separately.
- Removing a service does not automatically entitle you to a proportionate refund or Travel Credit.
- Any request to remove, replace or modify a component is treated as a package amendment, subject to supplier approval, availability, revised pricing, amounts recoverable and applicable charges.
- A value shown against an individual service does not mean it was separately contracted or can be independently cancelled.
Visa & Travel Documentation
- Travellers are responsible for a valid passport, the right visa, transit visas, entry permits, immigration documents, health documentation and any other paperwork required by the destination or a transit country.
- Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant government, embassy, consulate or immigration authority. Atravelx does not guarantee approval, processing time or appointment availability.
- A visa refusal, delay or failure to obtain a visa does not override the cancellation conditions unless Atravelx confirms otherwise in writing.
- Government, embassy, visa application centre, biometric, courier and processing fees may be non-refundable once paid or submitted.
Refund Processing & Timeline
- Atravelx acknowledges a cancellation request within 2 working days. Acknowledgement confirms receipt, not eligibility or amount. After reviewing the booking, Atravelx confirms in writing which services are cancelled, the refundable and non-refundable components, the deductions and the refund amount.
- Approved refunds are processed within 45 working days from the date Atravelx confirms in writing that the refund is approved.
- The 45 days do not run from the booking date, the date you first asked to cancel, or the departure date.
- Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays in the United States and India.
- Refunds are calculated and paid in USDC. The refund is the eligible package amount in USDC as shown on your invoice, less the cancellation charge and any supplier deductions.
- If you paid in another cryptocurrency, the refund is still the USDC value of the eligible amount at the time of payment, not the number of coins you sent. Atravelx is not liable for changes in the market value of any coin between payment and refund.
- Refunds are sent to the wallet address the payment came from, on the same network. If that is not possible, you may nominate another wallet, which Atravelx verifies in writing before sending. Atravelx is not responsible for funds sent to a wallet address you supplied incorrectly.
- If you paid by card or bank transfer through an Atravelx payment partner, the refund goes back to that payment method where the partner supports it. Otherwise another method is agreed in writing.
- Blockchain confirmations, payment partners, card issuers and banks may add time before the funds show in your wallet or account.
- Where Atravelx cancels a confirmed booking for reasons within its reasonable control, all amounts received for the cancelled services are refunded in full, initiated within 7 working days. An alternative itinerary or Travel Credit may be offered, but you are not required to accept it instead of the refund.
- An approved refund is not replaced with Travel Credit unless you expressly agree, or the supplier itself provides only a credit or voucher under conditions disclosed before booking.
Supplier-Specific & Non-Refundable Services
- Certain services carry their own cancellation, refund or amendment terms: airline tickets, visa fees, embassy, consulate and visa-centre charges, travel insurance, rail tickets and passes, cruise and ferry bookings, event, concert, sports and attraction tickets, special-event bookings, non-refundable hotel rates, supplier deposits and any service identified as non-refundable.
- Where supplier-specific conditions were communicated in the quotation, invoice, voucher, booking confirmation or service conditions before payment, those conditions apply to that service.
- Blockchain network fees paid when you sent your payment are not part of the package amount and are not refundable.
No-Show, Unused & Partially Used Services
- No refund or Travel Credit is ordinarily provided for: no-shows, cancellation after travel has commenced, voluntarily unused services, partly completed holidays, missed hotel nights, missed transfers, missed activities or sightseeing, missed trains or other transport, traveller delays, failure to report at the required time, services missed because of documentation issues, or services missed for reasons attributable to the traveller.
- If a supplier voluntarily approves a refund in an exceptional case, Atravelx passes on the recoverable amount in USDC under the applicable supplier and booking conditions.
Booking Acceptance
- By confirming a booking and making payment, you accept the cancellation, refund, date-change, bundled-package and Travel Credit conditions in this policy.
- Conditions stated in writing for an individual booking (quotation, invoice, voucher or booking confirmation) supplement this policy. Where a supplier's terms are stricter and were disclosed before payment, they apply to that service.
- A booking is governed by the version of this policy shown on the package page on the booking date, unless a later version is more favourable to you or Atravelx agrees otherwise in writing.
- For events beyond Atravelx's reasonable control (severe weather, natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil unrest, strikes, government restrictions, border or airport closures, supplier insolvency and similar), refunds, credits, postponements or alternatives depend on the affected supplier's policy and the amounts recoverable. Atravelx helps coordinate with the suppliers.
- Nothing in this policy restricts any statutory right available to a consumer under applicable law.
Frequently asked questions
Six cities in six days - is that too rushed?
It would be if six cities meant six hotels. Here it means two. Zurich, Bern and Lausanne are long stops on days you were already travelling, built into tickets you already hold, so you see them without a check-in, a check-out or a packed bag. You unpack twice in the whole trip, and you walk every city rather than coach through it. The two genuinely full days are Day 3, which has Bern and 2 hours 40 minutes of travel in it, and Day 5 in Geneva. Everything else is one city at walking pace.
There are no mountains at all. Is that really a Switzerland trip?
It's different, and it is deliberate. The summits are what every Switzerland itinerary from India sells, and they are also what makes those itineraries expensive and weather-dependent - a single high-altitude ticket can cost more than two nights of this package. This route spends nothing on cable cars and buys you six old towns instead, including a UNESCO World Heritage city and a medieval castle standing in a lake. Nothing on it can be cancelled by cloud. If you want the peaks, we have five routes built around them, and several people book this one as a second Switzerland trip after doing the mountains on the first.
Why is there no hotel night in Zurich?
Zurich has the most expensive bed on this route and is the least rewarding of the six cities on foot, and cutting that one night took about sixteen thousand rupees off the price. You still see Zurich: you land in the morning, put your bags in a station locker, and spend the first half of the day on Lindenhof, in the old town lanes and along the lake - which is honestly what Zurich is worth on a trip that has Bern and Geneva in it. Then you take an afternoon train to Lucerne. This only works if you arrive in the morning. If your flight lands after about two in the afternoon, tell us, and we will add the Zurich night back and re-quote rather than give you a wasted first day.
Why does the trip end at Geneva instead of returning to Zurich?
Because going back would cost you about three hours and roughly CHF 50 for no real benefit. Geneva has its own international airport with good connections to India, and flying into Zurich and out of Geneva is a normal multi-city booking on this route. Your travel agent or airline books it as an open-jaw ticket, usually at a similar fare to a return. If you would rather fly both ways from Zurich, tell us and we will quote that version - it adds a long final leg and a little to the price.
What is the Montreux Riviera Card, and is it an extra charge?
No, it costs you nothing beyond what you are already paying. Every overnight guest in the Montreux and Vevey region gets it, funded by the city tourist tax, which is itself included in this package price. It makes local trains, buses and trolleybuses free across Montreux, Vevey, Villeneuve and Chillon, and it halves the Chillon Castle ticket. That discount is a real part of why this package is priced where it is. It does not reach Lausanne or Geneva, which is why those two journeys appear separately as pre-issued tickets.
Why is there no Swiss Travel Pass in this package?
Because it would cost you money rather than save you money, we price the rail product route by route rather than putting a pass on everything. The travel on this itinerary comes to roughly CHF 225 at full fare. A 6-day Swiss Travel Pass is CHF 393 for 2026, and a Half Fare Card is CHF 150 - the pass loses about CHF 170 even after counting the museum entries it includes, and the card loses about CHF 42. We buy the tickets outright, and the savings are built into your price. On a longer route with mountain tickets, the answer flips, and it does on several of our other packages.
Are the hotels confirmed?
No - the properties shown are examples of the 3-star category and the central areas we book in, not a held booking. Your actual hotel is named in your quotation before you pay anything. If the property we want is unavailable for your dates, we move you to a similar-tier alternative in the same area and tell you in advance rather than on arrival. Montreux during the Jazz Festival in July is the tightest window on this route, so early dates help there.
Do Indian passport holders need a visa for Switzerland?
Yes. Switzerland is in the Schengen area, so Indian passport holders need a Schengen visa before travelling. We help with the documentation, hotel confirmations, itinerary letter, and appointment, but the visa fee and VFS Global service charges are not included in the package price, and the consulate makes the final decision. Appointment waiting times vary throughout the year, so apply early and reconfirm the current requirements for your travel dates rather than relying on this page.
Are flights included?
No. This is a land package, quoted from Zurich Airport to Geneva Airport. International and domestic flights are quoted separately, so you can use your own airline, miles or a cheaper routing if you have one. The price on this page covers the five nights with breakfast, every rail ticket on the itinerary, including both airport legs and the Zurich, Bern and Lausanne stopovers, Chillon Castle entry, the Montreux guest card, city transport, the tourist tax and GST.
