What is included in a package price?

Return flights, accommodation for the stated nights, airport transfers and every activity listed on the package page. Anything optional is marked as an add-on and priced separately before checkout.

How far ahead should I book?

Six to ten weeks out gives the best balance of price and availability on most routes. Peak-season packages — December holidays, European summer — are worth booking three to four months ahead.

Can I book a package for a group?

Yes. Packages take up to nine travelers in one booking, and one person can pay the whole amount in a single transaction. For larger groups our concierge team builds a custom quote.

Can I change the hotel in a package?

On most packages, yes. Alternative hotels appear at the booking step with the price difference shown up front, so the total updates before you pay.

Can I extend the trip by a few nights?

You can add nights at either end of a package. Flights are re-priced for the new dates and the extra hotel nights are added at the rate shown.

Do you build fully custom trips?

That is what our concierge service is for — tell us the shape of the trip and a specialist assembles it, payable in crypto like any other package.

What is the cancellation window?

Most packages are fully refundable up to 30 days before departure. Between 30 and 14 days a partial refund applies, and inside 14 days the booking is non-refundable unless the package page says otherwise.

What happens if a flight in my package is cancelled?

We rebook the affected leg at no cost to you and adjust hotel nights and transfers to match. If no workable alternative exists, the package is refunded in full.

How long do refunds take?

Once approved, crypto refunds are sent within one business day and land as soon as the network confirms them.
