Tour Overview

Dubai City · Marina · Desert Safari — 3 Nights

A Dubai quick escape tour package from India that fits the city's best bits into four days and three nights from one central base - the Dubai Mall and the Fountain, a morning desert safari, the Old Creek and souks, and the Dubai Frame. It is built for a long weekend or a short spell of leave, and the expensive icons stay optional so the price stays low. This is a land package, so you book your international flight separately. Best enjoyed from November to March. Tell us your travel dates and we will build the quote around them.

DAY 01

Arrive Dubai, Downtown and the Fountain

DUBAI
the Fountain mid show against the Burj Khalifa at dusk
ARRIVAL
Private car meets you at Dubai airport and runs you to your central hotel, about 15 to 30 min.
EVENING
The Dubai Fountain show, every half-hour after dark on the lake below the Burj Khalifa.
INTO THE DUBAI MALL
The aquarium window and the souk section are free to wander, a short hop away.
Hotels

Dubai, 3-Star Central

3 nights - Breakfast - Bur Dubai or Deira

  • One base, three nights A central 3-star double room with a double bed and breakfast, priced per person, two adults to the room. On a short trip you unpack once and lose no time moving.
  • Position Bur Dubai or Deira, walking distance of the Creek and the souks and on the metro for everywhere else. It is the lowest central room rate in the city, which keeps a short break affordable.
  • Meals here Breakfast each morning. No dinner is included on any night. Lunch and dinner are yours to choose, and the area is full of vegetarian and Indian options.
  • Being straight with you Dubai rates swing with the season - winter is peak and dearest, which is also the best weather. We quote the real figure for your dates rather than a headline that moves under you.
Transfers

Dubai Airport to the Hotel

Private car, about 15 to 30 min

  • Private car on arrival Met at Dubai airport and driven to your Bur Dubai or Deira hotel, about 15 to 30 min depending on traffic. In Dubai a private car is cheap enough that it beats dragging bags through the metro.
  • One leg, no change The hotel is central, so there is no second transfer on arrival night.
  • Timing The car is timed to your flight landing. A late-night arrival is fine; the driver tracks the flight.
Activities

Morning Desert Safari (Included)

Dune bashing - camel ride - sandboarding

  • What it is A morning run into the dunes for dune bashing in a 4x4, a camel ride and sandboarding, about four hours door to door.
  • Why morning, not evening Cooler sand, better light and a free afternoon after. The evening safari is the one sold with a BBQ dinner; this one is not.
  • No meal, and that is deliberate No Atravelq package includes a dinner. The morning safari carries no meal, so the rule holds.
  • Want the camp instead The evening safari with a BBQ and a show is available as a paid add-on. Say so at enquiry.

DAY 02

Morning desert safari, then old Dubai

Dune bashing - camels - souks and the abra
DUBAI
PICKUP
Out to the dunes for dune bashing, a camel ride and sandboarding, about four hours.
EVENING
Back to Downtown for the Fountain again, or an easy night after the early start.
AFTERNOON, OLD DUBAI
A one-dirham abra across the Creek to the Gold and Spice souks, self-guided.
Hotels

Downtown, Marina, or 4-Star

Quoted before you pay - requested, never promised

  • Move to Downtown The Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall on your doorstep. The jump in rate is real and we quote it rather than printing it, because it moves with the season.
  • Or the Marina and JBR A beach and a promenade, with the old town a metro ride away - better for couples who want the waterfront.
  • Room requests A higher floor, a quiet side, a double bed rather than two singles, a late check-out. All passed to the property as requests, none confirmed in advance, and we will not tell you otherwise.
  • How this works: Any upgrade raises the package price and we show you the new total, not a headline that stays the same.
Transfers

Safari and City-Tour Transfers

Shared coach, guided, with hotel pickup

  • Desert safari A 4x4 picks you up from the hotel for the morning run into the dunes and drops you back by lunch.
  • City tour The half-day new-Dubai tour and the Frame run on an air-conditioned shared coach with a guide.
  • Prefer private Both tour days can run as a private car instead, priced on request, for a family wanting their own pace.
Activities

City Tour and the Dubai Frame (Included)

Jumeirah, Palm, Marina - then the Frame

  • Half-day city tour A guided shared-coach run past Jumeirah Mosque, the Burj Al Arab photo stop, the Palm and Atlantis drive, and the Marina.

Why There Is No Attraction Pass Here

We priced it - on 3 nights it loses money

  • What we checked The Dubai attraction combo passes - the Go Dubai and iVenture type - against the few paid entries this short trip uses.
  • It loses Three nights with a safari, a city tour and the Frame do not fill a pass that is built for stacking the big towers and parks. Individual tickets cost less here.
  • Where it flips Add several paid icons or more nights and a pass can start to pay. If you extend, ask us to re-run it rather than assuming.
  • Getting around A Nol card covers the metro, tram and abra cheaply on your free time; the tours carry their own transport.
Activities

What You Get for Nothing

The Fountain, the souks and the creek

  • The Dubai Fountain A choreographed show on the lake below the Burj Khalifa, every half-hour after dark, free from the promenade.
  • The souks The Gold and Spice souks in Deira, free to browse; the one-dirham abra across the Creek is half the fun.
  • Old Dubai Al Fahidi's wind-tower lanes and the Al Seef creek-front are a free, easy afternoon.
  • Why this matters to the price So much of Dubai is free that a 3-night trip carries real content on just three paid outings. That is what holds the price low.

What You Can Add, and What It Costs You

  • An extra night or two The easiest add on a short break - stretch the Quick Escape to four or five nights and we re-quote the total.

  • An Abu Dhabi day A full-day trip with the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, about 1 hr 30 min each way, added to the plan.
  • An evening BBQ safari or a dhow dinner cruise Both carry a dinner, so both are paid add-ons. Every figure is confirmed in writing before you pay.

Visual journey

Why this route works

Built for a long weekend, not stretched thin
Three nights is a short leave, not a compromise. One central base means no time lost to packing and moving, and each day carries one real outing with the evening free, so the trip feels relaxed rather than rushed. It is the first taste of Dubai, and an easy one to add more nights to later.
The one morning in the desert does the heavy lifting
On a short trip the desert safari is the standout, so it is in - and we run the morning version, with the dunes, a camel ride and sandboarding, and no late camp night. The evening BBQ version and a dhow dinner cruise stay as paid add-ons, keeping the base to breakfast only.
The icons kept optional, so the price stays low
So much of Dubai is free - the Fountain, the souks, the old creek - that three days carry real content on just a safari, a city tour and the Frame. Burj Khalifa and the rest are optional add-ons, so you pay only for the icons you actually want to see up close.

Full policy details

Cancellation Policy
  • 10 or more calendar days before departure: a 30% cancellation charge applies to the eligible package amount. Choose a 70% refund in USDC or 100% of the eligible amount as Atravelx Travel Credit.
  • Less than 10 calendar days before departure: 100% non-refundable. No refund or Travel Credit is ordinarily issued.
  • After travel commences, or no-show: non-refundable. No refund or Travel Credit is ordinarily available.
  • Days are counted as calendar days to the scheduled departure date, in UTC (Coordinated Universal Time). The timestamp on your written request fixes when Atravelx received it.
  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing through an authorised Atravelx channel: your concierge, info@atravelx.com or WhatsApp +91 92500 00511. A phone call alone does not cancel a booking until it is confirmed in writing.
  • Quote the booking reference, the lead traveller's name and the services affected. Atravelx may ask for identity or payment verification before acting on a request.
  • A reason is not needed to qualify under the 10-day window.
  • Cancelling some travellers, rooms, nights or services is a package amendment, not a cancellation. It does not qualify for the 10-day refund or credit on its own, and it can change the per-person price for the remaining travellers.
Atravelx Travel Credit
  • Travel Credit is issued as an Atravelx Credit Note for 100% of the eligible amount actually paid, denominated in USDC.
  • The 30% cancellation charge is waived when you choose Travel Credit instead of a refund.
  • Credit can be used towards any eligible service booked through Atravelx: holiday packages, stays, flights, transfers, sightseeing, car rental, visa assistance and other eligible services.
  • Travel Credit is non-cash. It cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cryptocurrency or fiat currency, or transferred to another person, unless Atravelx agrees in writing.
  • The validity period and expiry date are stated on the Credit Note.
  • Prices at the time of the new booking apply. Travel Credit does not hold the same hotel, room, destination, dates, itinerary, supplier, activity, package or price.
  • If the new booking costs more, you pay the difference in USDC. If it costs less, the balance stays on the Credit Note under its terms.
  • Once you choose Travel Credit, the choice is final. It is not later converted into a refund.
Date Change Policy
  • Request date changes 10 or more calendar days before the scheduled departure date.
  • A date change is not guaranteed. It depends on hotel, transfer and activity availability, supplier approval, revised room rates, seasonal pricing, blackout dates, peak-season supplements, transport costs, fare differences, supplier amendment charges and revised itinerary costs.
  • If the revised package costs more, you pay the difference in USDC. Supplier amendment or date-change charges may also apply.
  • A date change is confirmed only when Atravelx confirms the revised arrangements in writing.
  • Requests made less than 10 calendar days before departure depend on supplier approval and cannot be guaranteed.
  • A postponement or date change is not a cancellation. It does not by itself create a refund or Travel Credit entitlement.
Bundled Holiday Packages
  • Atravelx holiday packages are booked and priced as bundled travel arrangements made up of several interconnected services.
  • Individual components of a confirmed package cannot ordinarily be cancelled separately.
  • Removing a service does not automatically entitle you to a proportionate refund or Travel Credit.
  • Any request to remove, replace or modify a component is treated as a package amendment, subject to supplier approval, availability, revised pricing, amounts recoverable and applicable charges.
  • A value shown against an individual service does not mean it was separately contracted or can be independently cancelled.
Visa & Travel Documentation
  • Travellers are responsible for a valid passport, the right visa, transit visas, entry permits, immigration documents, health documentation and any other paperwork required by the destination or a transit country.
  • Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant government, embassy, consulate or immigration authority. Atravelx does not guarantee approval, processing time or appointment availability.
  • A visa refusal, delay or failure to obtain a visa does not override the cancellation conditions unless Atravelx confirms otherwise in writing.
  • Government, embassy, visa application centre, biometric, courier and processing fees may be non-refundable once paid or submitted.
Refund Processing & Timeline
  • Atravelx acknowledges a cancellation request within 2 working days. Acknowledgement confirms receipt, not eligibility or amount. After reviewing the booking, Atravelx confirms in writing which services are cancelled, the refundable and non-refundable components, the deductions and the refund amount.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 45 working days from the date Atravelx confirms in writing that the refund is approved.
  • The 45 days do not run from the booking date, the date you first asked to cancel, or the departure date.
  • Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays in the United States and India.
  • Refunds are calculated and paid in USDC. The refund is the eligible package amount in USDC as shown on your invoice, less the cancellation charge and any supplier deductions.
  • If you paid in another cryptocurrency, the refund is still the USDC value of the eligible amount at the time of payment, not the number of coins you sent. Atravelx is not liable for changes in the market value of any coin between payment and refund.
  • Refunds are sent to the wallet address the payment came from, on the same network. If that is not possible, you may nominate another wallet, which Atravelx verifies in writing before sending. Atravelx is not responsible for funds sent to a wallet address you supplied incorrectly.
  • If you paid by card or bank transfer through an Atravelx payment partner, the refund goes back to that payment method where the partner supports it. Otherwise another method is agreed in writing.
  • Blockchain confirmations, payment partners, card issuers and banks may add time before the funds show in your wallet or account.
  • Where Atravelx cancels a confirmed booking for reasons within its reasonable control, all amounts received for the cancelled services are refunded in full, initiated within 7 working days. An alternative itinerary or Travel Credit may be offered, but you are not required to accept it instead of the refund.
  • An approved refund is not replaced with Travel Credit unless you expressly agree, or the supplier itself provides only a credit or voucher under conditions disclosed before booking.
Supplier-Specific & Non-Refundable Services
  • Certain services carry their own cancellation, refund or amendment terms: airline tickets, visa fees, embassy, consulate and visa-centre charges, travel insurance, rail tickets and passes, cruise and ferry bookings, event, concert, sports and attraction tickets, special-event bookings, non-refundable hotel rates, supplier deposits and any service identified as non-refundable.
  • Where supplier-specific conditions were communicated in the quotation, invoice, voucher, booking confirmation or service conditions before payment, those conditions apply to that service.
  • Blockchain network fees paid when you sent your payment are not part of the package amount and are not refundable.
No-Show, Unused & Partially Used Services
  • No refund or Travel Credit is ordinarily provided for: no-shows, cancellation after travel has commenced, voluntarily unused services, partly completed holidays, missed hotel nights, missed transfers, missed activities or sightseeing, missed trains or other transport, traveller delays, failure to report at the required time, services missed because of documentation issues, or services missed for reasons attributable to the traveller.
  • If a supplier voluntarily approves a refund in an exceptional case, Atravelx passes on the recoverable amount in USDC under the applicable supplier and booking conditions.
Booking Acceptance
  • By confirming a booking and making payment, you accept the cancellation, refund, date-change, bundled-package and Travel Credit conditions in this policy.
  • Conditions stated in writing for an individual booking (quotation, invoice, voucher or booking confirmation) supplement this policy. Where a supplier's terms are stricter and were disclosed before payment, they apply to that service.
  • A booking is governed by the version of this policy shown on the package page on the booking date, unless a later version is more favourable to you or Atravelx agrees otherwise in writing.
  • For events beyond Atravelx's reasonable control (severe weather, natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil unrest, strikes, government restrictions, border or airport closures, supplier insolvency and similar), refunds, credits, postponements or alternatives depend on the affected supplier's policy and the amounts recoverable. Atravelx helps coordinate with the suppliers.
  • Nothing in this policy restricts any statutory right available to a consumer under applicable law.

Frequently asked questions

Is this package suitable for a first Dubai trip?
Yes. It covers the main Dubai icons in a compact 3-night plan and works well for first-time travellers.
Are flights included in this starting price?

No. This is a land package - the hotel, transfers, the safari, the city tour and the Dubai Frame only. You book your own international flights, or ask us to quote them separately for your city and dates. On a short trip a cheap midweek return often makes the whole escape very affordable, so booking the flight yourself can be the smart move.

Can this package be upgraded to a 4-star hotel?
Yes. Hotel category, transfer type and Burj Khalifa time slot can all be upgraded at the time of quotation.
Can we extend it, or add Abu Dhabi?

Easily, and it is the most common change on this package. Add a fourth or fifth night and we re-quote the total; add a full-day Abu Dhabi trip with the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, about 1 hr 30 min each way, and it slots straight in. You can also add Burj Khalifa, a dhow cruise, or a water park. Tell us at enquiry what you want to add and we build one revised quotation rather than leaving it to the day.

When is the best time to go?

November to March for comfortable weather and the full desert experience - this is Dubai's peak, with the best climate and the highest hotel rates. April and October are warmer but cheaper and still fine for a short trip. June to August is very hot, often 45 degrees and above, and the desert morning becomes hard going, so we steer the plan more indoors then, and the hotels are at their cheapest. We tell you honestly what your chosen dates look like.

What happens during Ramadan?

Ramadan falls around February to March and shifts about eleven days earlier each year. Some attraction hours change, eating and drinking in public during daylight is restricted, and a few shows pause, while the evenings are atmospheric. Everything on this short itinerary still runs, with adjusted timings. We flag the exact dates at enquiry so nothing surprises you on arrival.

Is vegetarian and Jain food easy to find?

Very. Dubai, and Bur Dubai in particular, is full of Indian restaurants including pure-veg and Jain kitchens, and most malls have familiar options too. You will not struggle for a meal anywhere on this route, near the hotel or the souks. If you are strictly Jain or need no onion and garlic, tell us at enquiry and we will send you a shortlist near the hotel.

Will our phones work - SIM and data?

Yes. You can buy a tourist SIM at Dubai airport from du or Etisalat on arrival, or set up an eSIM before you fly, and hotel and mall wifi is widespread. Data is useful for maps, the metro and ride apps across a short trip. We can point you to the best-value tourist data plan for a few days, and the Nol card for the metro and abra is separate and cheap.

Can we add Burj Khalifa?

Yes, and it fits the Day 3 afternoon neatly since the city tour ends nearby. Burj Khalifa At The Top runs to the 124th and 125th floors; a non-peak slot before 1pm or after 7pm is cheaper and quieter than the sunset hours. We book it ahead so it does not sell out, and the figure is confirmed in your quotation. The higher SKY deck is available too if you want the top floor.
