Dubai Family Fun Holiday – Aquarium, Miracle Garden & Desert Safari
Tour Overview
Dubai · Aquarium · Miracle Garden · Desert Safari — 5 Nights
A Dubai family fun holiday from India that runs five days and four nights from one value 3-star base, built around the three things kids love most in Dubai - the Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo inside the Dubai Mall, the flower wonderland of Miracle Garden, and a desert safari in the dunes - with the old city and the Dubai Frame on an easy sightseeing day. The pace is gentle, one or two things a day, so nobody is worn out. It is a land package, so your international flights are booked separately. Best enjoyed November to March, when Miracle Garden is open and the weather is kind. Tell us your travel dates and we will build the quote around them.
Key features of this package
Itinerary — day by day
DAY 01
Arrive Dubai, settle in
Airport pickup - check in - easy eveningDUBAI
Arrive Dubai, settle in
Airport pickup - check in - easy evening
- PICKUP
- Private car meets you at Dubai airport and runs you to your hotel, about 30 to 50 min - easy with kids and bags.
- CHECK-IN
- Keep the first evening light - the hotel pool, or a short walk to a nearby mall or the beach.
- TOMORROW
- The old-city tour and the Frame - a gentle start before the aquarium and desert days.
Value 3-Star, 4 Nights
- Four nights, one base A comfortable value 3-star double room with a double bed and breakfast, priced per person, two adults to the room. You unpack once for the whole trip.
- Why a value area The attractions all pick up from the hotel, so we base you in a comfortable, well-connected value neighbourhood rather than the pricey centre - it keeps the family price friendly without changing what you do.
- Meals here Breakfast every morning. No dinner on any night. Lunch and dinner are yours to choose, and vegetarian and Indian food is everywhere.
- Family rooms A family room, an extra bed or connecting rooms are requested with the hotel and confirmed in your quotation; a 4-star upgrade is available too.
Dubai Airport to Your Hotel
Private car, about 30 to 50 min
- Pick up Private car on arrival: Met at Dubai airport and driven to your hotel, about 30 to 50 min by area and traffic. The driver tracks your flight, so a late landing with kids is fine.
- Both ways included Your airport transfer is costed both ways - arrival and departure.
Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo
Sharks, rays and the walk-through tunnel
- The big tank and tunnel One of the largest suspended aquariums anywhere, with a walk-through tunnel under the sharks and rays at the Dubai Mall.
- The Underwater Zoo Penguins, otters, crocodiles and the glass-bottom boat upstairs - the ticket covers it all.
- Why it is included It is the single most-loved kids' attraction in Dubai, so it belongs in a family package, not at the upsell counter.
DAY 02
Old Dubai city tour and the Frame
Creek - souks - abra - the Dubai FrameDUBAI
Old Dubai city tour and the Frame
Creek - souks - abra - the Dubai Frame
- HALF-DAY CITY TOUR
- A gentle guided loop of old Dubai - the Creek, Al Fahidi's lanes and the Gold and Spice souks.
- THE ABRA RIDE
- A one-dirham wooden-boat crossing of the Creek - kids love it, and it is the cheapest ride in the city.
- THE DUBAI FRAME
- Up the giant golden frame with its glass walkway - old Dubai on one side, new Dubai on the other.
4-Star Family Hotel
Quoted before you pay - requested, never promised
- Step up to 4-star A smarter family hotel with a better pool and a more central base. The jump in rate is real and we quote it rather than printing it, because it moves with the season.
- Room requests A family room, connecting rooms, a high floor, a late check-out - all passed to the property as requests, none confirmed in advance, and we will not tell you otherwise.
- How this works Any upgrade raises the package price and we show you the new total, not a headline that stays the same.
Getting to the Fun
Shared coach or private, by activity
- City tour and attractions The half-day city tour runs on an air-conditioned shared coach; the desert safari 4x4 and the Miracle Garden transfer pick up from the hotel.
- Prefer all-private The whole trip can run on a private car and driver instead of shared coaches, priced on request - easy for a family with young kids and a pram.
- On free time The Dubai Mall and the aquarium are easy by metro, or a cheap ride-hail, with the whole family.
Dubai Miracle Garden
A world made of flowers - seasonal
- Millions of flowers Arches, hearts, animals and life-size houses all made of blooms - the world's largest natural flower garden, and a favourite for photos.
- Go in the morning Cooler and quieter before the midday heat and the coaches - best for little ones and for pictures.
- Seasonal Open roughly October to May only. If your dates fall in summer we swap it for an indoor family attraction and show the change in your quotation.
DAY 03
Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo
The Dubai Mall - the aquarium - the FountainDUBAI
Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo
The Dubai Mall - the aquarium - the Fountain
- EVENING
- The Dubai Fountain show on the lake below the Burj Khalifa, every half-hour after dark - free and magical for all ages.
- DUBAI AQUARIUM & UNDERWATER ZOO
- The giant tank and walk-through tunnel at the Dubai Mall, with sharks, rays and the Underwater Zoo upstairs - a real highlight for kids.
- THE DUBAI MALL
- Time to wander the mall around your ticket slot - the waterfall feature, the dino skeleton and the food court for lunch.
sWhy There Is No Attraction Pass Here
We priced it - individual tickets win
- What we checked The Dubai attraction combo passes against this family itinerary's actual entries.
- It loses The passes are built for people doing the big towers and parks back to back. This trip uses the aquarium, the garden and the desert, so individual tickets cost less than a pass.
- Where it flips Add Burj Khalifa, a waterpark and several icons across the week and a pass can start to pay - ask us to re-run it rather than assuming.
The Desert Safari
Dune-bashing and sandboarding, no meal
- Hotel pickup A 4x4 out to the Lahbab dunes, about 45 min, for the daytime run.
- Dune-bashing and sandboarding: The operator's driver handles the dune-bash; the kids take a go at the sandboard on the slopes xThe operator's driver handles the dune-bash; the kids take a go at the sandboard on the slopes.
- No meal The daytime safari is mealtime-free, which keeps it in the base price and is gentler for small children. The evening camp with the BBQ and show is a paid add-on, as it carries a dinner.
DAY 04
Miracle Garden and a desert safari
Flowers in the morning - dunes afterDUBAI
Miracle Garden and a desert safari
Flowers in the morning - dunes after
- DUBAI MIRACLE GARDEN
- Millions of flowers in arches, hearts and life-size shapes - best in the cooler morning. Seasonal, open roughly October to May.
- DESERT SAFARI

- Returned to the hotel to freshen up - an easy evening before the flight home.
Hotel to Dubai Airport
Private car, timed to your flight
- Private car out Collected from the hotel and driven to Dubai airport, timed to your flight with a buffer for the drive.
- Allow for the airport Dubai airport is large and strict on gate times. For a daytime flight, leave the city about three and a half hours ahead.
What You Can Add for the Kids
Each one priced in your quotation, not here
- Burj Khalifa At The Top The 124/125 floor decks at the Dubai Mall - a natural add on the aquarium day.
- A waterpark day Aquaventure at Atlantis or Wild Wadi, or a Yas Island park near Abu Dhabi, for an extra day of fun.
- An evening desert camp, or a dhow cruise Both carry a meal, so both are paid add-ons rather than part of the base.
- How add-ons work Every figure is per person, child rates quoted separately, and confirmed in writing before you pay. Adding one raises the total we show you.

Full policy details
Cancellation Policy
- 10 or more calendar days before departure: a 30% cancellation charge applies to the eligible package amount. Choose a 70% refund in USDC or 100% of the eligible amount as Atravelx Travel Credit.
- Less than 10 calendar days before departure: 100% non-refundable. No refund or Travel Credit is ordinarily issued.
- After travel commences, or no-show: non-refundable. No refund or Travel Credit is ordinarily available.
- Days are counted as calendar days to the scheduled departure date, in UTC (Coordinated Universal Time). The timestamp on your written request fixes when Atravelx received it.
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing through an authorised Atravelx channel: your concierge, info@atravelx.com or WhatsApp +91 92500 00511. A phone call alone does not cancel a booking until it is confirmed in writing.
- Quote the booking reference, the lead traveller's name and the services affected. Atravelx may ask for identity or payment verification before acting on a request.
- A reason is not needed to qualify under the 10-day window.
- Cancelling some travellers, rooms, nights or services is a package amendment, not a cancellation. It does not qualify for the 10-day refund or credit on its own, and it can change the per-person price for the remaining travellers.
Atravelx Travel Credit
- Travel Credit is issued as an Atravelx Credit Note for 100% of the eligible amount actually paid, denominated in USDC.
- The 30% cancellation charge is waived when you choose Travel Credit instead of a refund.
- Credit can be used towards any eligible service booked through Atravelx: holiday packages, stays, flights, transfers, sightseeing, car rental, visa assistance and other eligible services.
- Travel Credit is non-cash. It cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cryptocurrency or fiat currency, or transferred to another person, unless Atravelx agrees in writing.
- The validity period and expiry date are stated on the Credit Note.
- Prices at the time of the new booking apply. Travel Credit does not hold the same hotel, room, destination, dates, itinerary, supplier, activity, package or price.
- If the new booking costs more, you pay the difference in USDC. If it costs less, the balance stays on the Credit Note under its terms.
- Once you choose Travel Credit, the choice is final. It is not later converted into a refund.
Date Change Policy
- Request date changes 10 or more calendar days before the scheduled departure date.
- A date change is not guaranteed. It depends on hotel, transfer and activity availability, supplier approval, revised room rates, seasonal pricing, blackout dates, peak-season supplements, transport costs, fare differences, supplier amendment charges and revised itinerary costs.
- If the revised package costs more, you pay the difference in USDC. Supplier amendment or date-change charges may also apply.
- A date change is confirmed only when Atravelx confirms the revised arrangements in writing.
- Requests made less than 10 calendar days before departure depend on supplier approval and cannot be guaranteed.
- A postponement or date change is not a cancellation. It does not by itself create a refund or Travel Credit entitlement.
Bundled Holiday Packages
- Atravelx holiday packages are booked and priced as bundled travel arrangements made up of several interconnected services.
- Individual components of a confirmed package cannot ordinarily be cancelled separately.
- Removing a service does not automatically entitle you to a proportionate refund or Travel Credit.
- Any request to remove, replace or modify a component is treated as a package amendment, subject to supplier approval, availability, revised pricing, amounts recoverable and applicable charges.
- A value shown against an individual service does not mean it was separately contracted or can be independently cancelled.
Visa & Travel Documentation
- Travellers are responsible for a valid passport, the right visa, transit visas, entry permits, immigration documents, health documentation and any other paperwork required by the destination or a transit country.
- Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant government, embassy, consulate or immigration authority. Atravelx does not guarantee approval, processing time or appointment availability.
- A visa refusal, delay or failure to obtain a visa does not override the cancellation conditions unless Atravelx confirms otherwise in writing.
- Government, embassy, visa application centre, biometric, courier and processing fees may be non-refundable once paid or submitted.
Refund Processing & Timeline
- Atravelx acknowledges a cancellation request within 2 working days. Acknowledgement confirms receipt, not eligibility or amount. After reviewing the booking, Atravelx confirms in writing which services are cancelled, the refundable and non-refundable components, the deductions and the refund amount.
- Approved refunds are processed within 45 working days from the date Atravelx confirms in writing that the refund is approved.
- The 45 days do not run from the booking date, the date you first asked to cancel, or the departure date.
- Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays in the United States and India.
- Refunds are calculated and paid in USDC. The refund is the eligible package amount in USDC as shown on your invoice, less the cancellation charge and any supplier deductions.
- If you paid in another cryptocurrency, the refund is still the USDC value of the eligible amount at the time of payment, not the number of coins you sent. Atravelx is not liable for changes in the market value of any coin between payment and refund.
- Refunds are sent to the wallet address the payment came from, on the same network. If that is not possible, you may nominate another wallet, which Atravelx verifies in writing before sending. Atravelx is not responsible for funds sent to a wallet address you supplied incorrectly.
- If you paid by card or bank transfer through an Atravelx payment partner, the refund goes back to that payment method where the partner supports it. Otherwise another method is agreed in writing.
- Blockchain confirmations, payment partners, card issuers and banks may add time before the funds show in your wallet or account.
- Where Atravelx cancels a confirmed booking for reasons within its reasonable control, all amounts received for the cancelled services are refunded in full, initiated within 7 working days. An alternative itinerary or Travel Credit may be offered, but you are not required to accept it instead of the refund.
- An approved refund is not replaced with Travel Credit unless you expressly agree, or the supplier itself provides only a credit or voucher under conditions disclosed before booking.
Supplier-Specific & Non-Refundable Services
- Certain services carry their own cancellation, refund or amendment terms: airline tickets, visa fees, embassy, consulate and visa-centre charges, travel insurance, rail tickets and passes, cruise and ferry bookings, event, concert, sports and attraction tickets, special-event bookings, non-refundable hotel rates, supplier deposits and any service identified as non-refundable.
- Where supplier-specific conditions were communicated in the quotation, invoice, voucher, booking confirmation or service conditions before payment, those conditions apply to that service.
- Blockchain network fees paid when you sent your payment are not part of the package amount and are not refundable.
No-Show, Unused & Partially Used Services
- No refund or Travel Credit is ordinarily provided for: no-shows, cancellation after travel has commenced, voluntarily unused services, partly completed holidays, missed hotel nights, missed transfers, missed activities or sightseeing, missed trains or other transport, traveller delays, failure to report at the required time, services missed because of documentation issues, or services missed for reasons attributable to the traveller.
- If a supplier voluntarily approves a refund in an exceptional case, Atravelx passes on the recoverable amount in USDC under the applicable supplier and booking conditions.
Booking Acceptance
- By confirming a booking and making payment, you accept the cancellation, refund, date-change, bundled-package and Travel Credit conditions in this policy.
- Conditions stated in writing for an individual booking (quotation, invoice, voucher or booking confirmation) supplement this policy. Where a supplier's terms are stricter and were disclosed before payment, they apply to that service.
- A booking is governed by the version of this policy shown on the package page on the booking date, unless a later version is more favourable to you or Atravelx agrees otherwise in writing.
- For events beyond Atravelx's reasonable control (severe weather, natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil unrest, strikes, government restrictions, border or airport closures, supplier insolvency and similar), refunds, credits, postponements or alternatives depend on the affected supplier's policy and the amounts recoverable. Atravelx helps coordinate with the suppliers.
- Nothing in this policy restricts any statutory right available to a consumer under applicable law.
Frequently asked questions
Is desert safari safe for children?
What happens if Miracle Garden is closed?
Can hotel rooms be arranged for families?
What is included at the Dubai Aquarium?
A standard ticket to the Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo at the Dubai Mall - that covers the walk-through tunnel under the big tank with the sharks and rays, and the Underwater Zoo upstairs with penguins, otters and crocodiles, plus the glass-bottom boat. You can glimpse the tank for free from the mall floor, but the ticket is what gets you into the tunnel and the zoo. Premium extras like the cage dive or a behind-the-scenes tour can be added for older kids.
When is the best time to go with kids?
November to March is ideal - comfortable weather, Miracle Garden open, and the desert pleasant rather than punishing. It also lines up with the winter school break. April and October are workable shoulders. We would steer you away from June to August, when it is 45 degrees and over: the aquarium and malls still work indoors, but the garden is closed and outdoor time is hard with children. Tell us your school-holiday dates and we advise honestly.
What is the money and tipping situation?
The currency is the UAE dirham. Cards work almost everywhere - malls, attractions and taxis - so you shop and pay as you would at home. Carry a little cash for the souks, the one-dirham abra and small tips. A modest tip for the safari driver and the tour guide is customary but not compulsory. Keep both card and cash handy.
Can we add Burj Khalifa, a waterpark or the parks?
Yes. Burj Khalifa At The Top is right by the aquarium at the Dubai Mall, a waterpark day at Aquaventure or Wild Wadi is a hit with kids, and the Yas Island parks near Abu Dhabi can be added as a day out. An evening desert camp with the BBQ is popular too. Each lifts the price, child rates are quoted separately, and we tell you by how much before you confirm. Anything that comes with a meal, like the evening safari, is an add-on because the base carries no dinner.
