Tour Overview

Dubai · Abu Dhabi · Palm · Desert · Luxury Experiences — 7 Nights

A Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Palm Jumeirah premium tour from India that runs eight days and seven nights across three four-star bases - three nights in Dubai for Burj Khalifa, the old city and a desert morning, two nights on Palm Jumeirah by the beach, and two nights in Abu Dhabi for the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, Qasr Al Watan and the Louvre. It is the grand version: city, beach and culture in one, with an open-jaw routing so you fly out of Abu Dhabi instead of doubling back. It is a land package, so your international flights are booked separately. Best enjoyed November to March. Tell us your travel dates, and we will build the quote around them.

The itinerary is intentionally upgrade-ready: private transfers, Palm Jumeirah resorts, Burj Khalifa SKY, a premium desert camp, a private yacht and Louvre Abu Dhabi can be added based on budget.

  • Meals here Breakfast both mornings. No dinner, the same as the rest of the trip - resort restaurants are there if you want them.

Why There Is No Attraction Pass Here

We priced it - the icons are booked individually

  • What we checked The Dubai attraction combo passes against this itinerary's actual entries.
  • It loses The passes are Dubai-only and built for back-to-back Dubai icons. Half your paid entries here are in Abu Dhabi - the mosque, Qasr Al Watan, the Louvre - which no Dubai pass covers, so individual tickets win.
  • Where it flips If you pile several extra Dubai icons onto the trip, ask us to re-run the pass sums rather than assuming.
  • Getting around A Nol card covers Dubai's metro, tram and abra on your own time; the tours carry their own transport.
Activities

The Grand Three

Grand Mosque - Qasr Al Watan - Louvre

  • Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque 82 white-marble domes and the world's largest hand-knotted carpet. Entry is free; modest dress required.
  • Qasr Al Watan The working presidential palace open to visitors - the domed Great Hall, the library and the state rooms.
  • Louvre Abu Dhabi The silver-domed museum on Saadiyat Island with its "rain of light" ceiling and a world collection.
  • Why these three Together they are what a day trip never has time for - the reason this trip gives Abu Dhabi two nights.

4to 5-Star in Any or All Bases

Quoted before you pay - requested, never promised

  • Step up to 5-star A landmark Downtown Dubai tower, a signature Palm beach resort, or a 5-star in Abu Dhabi - in any one base or all three. The jump in rate is real and we quote it rather than printing it.
  • The Palm, done bigger Step the Palm leg up to an Atlantis-tier resort for the full island experience.
  • Room requests A high floor, a sea view, a double bed rather than two singles, a late check-out - all passed to the property as requests, none confirmed in advance.
  • How this works Any upgrade raises the package price and we show you the new total, not a headline that stays the same.
Transfers

Abu Dhabi Hotel to AUH

Private car, timed to your flight

  • Private car out Collected from your Abu Dhabi hotel and driven to Abu Dhabi airport, timed to your flight with a buffer.
  • Short and calm The Abu Dhabi hotel is a short run from AUH, so the last morning stays relaxed - no long drive back to Dubai.
Activities

What You Can Add, and What It Costs You

Each one priced in your quotation, not here

  • Atlantis Aquaventure The waterpark is right on the Palm - a natural add to your beach day. Yas Island's parks near Abu Dhabi work too.
  • A Marina cruise, or an evening desert camp Both carry a meal, so both are paid add-ons rather than part of the base.
  • 5-star upgrade Step any or all three bases up to 5-star, quoted on request.
  • How add-ons work Every figure is per person and confirmed in writing before you pay, and adding one raises the total we show you.

Visual journey

Why this route works

City, beach and culture in one trip
Most UAE tours give you city sightseeing and little else. This one splits into three distinct stays - Dubai for the icons, Palm Jumeirah for two nights by the sea, and Abu Dhabi for the mosque and the museums - so the trip changes character as it goes rather than being one long city blur.
Open-jaw, so you never double back
You fly into Dubai and out of Abu Dhabi. The route flows one way across the country, so your last night is a short hop from Abu Dhabi airport instead of a two-hour drive back to Dubai on the morning of your flight.
Four-star throughout, icons all included
Burj Khalifa, the desert, The View at The Palm, the Grand Mosque, Qasr Al Watan and the Louvre are all in the price, across four-star hotels in every base. A 5-star upgrade is there if you want it, quoted before you pay.

Full policy details

Cancellation Policy
  • 10 or more calendar days before departure: a 30% cancellation charge applies to the eligible package amount. Choose a 70% refund in USDC or 100% of the eligible amount as Atravelx Travel Credit.
  • Less than 10 calendar days before departure: 100% non-refundable. No refund or Travel Credit is ordinarily issued.
  • After travel commences, or no-show: non-refundable. No refund or Travel Credit is ordinarily available.
  • Days are counted as calendar days to the scheduled departure date, in UTC (Coordinated Universal Time). The timestamp on your written request fixes when Atravelx received it.
  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing through an authorised Atravelx channel: your concierge, info@atravelx.com or WhatsApp +91 92500 00511. A phone call alone does not cancel a booking until it is confirmed in writing.
  • Quote the booking reference, the lead traveller's name and the services affected. Atravelx may ask for identity or payment verification before acting on a request.
  • A reason is not needed to qualify under the 10-day window.
  • Cancelling some travellers, rooms, nights or services is a package amendment, not a cancellation. It does not qualify for the 10-day refund or credit on its own, and it can change the per-person price for the remaining travellers.
Atravelx Travel Credit
  • Travel Credit is issued as an Atravelx Credit Note for 100% of the eligible amount actually paid, denominated in USDC.
  • The 30% cancellation charge is waived when you choose Travel Credit instead of a refund.
  • Credit can be used towards any eligible service booked through Atravelx: holiday packages, stays, flights, transfers, sightseeing, car rental, visa assistance and other eligible services.
  • Travel Credit is non-cash. It cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cryptocurrency or fiat currency, or transferred to another person, unless Atravelx agrees in writing.
  • The validity period and expiry date are stated on the Credit Note.
  • Prices at the time of the new booking apply. Travel Credit does not hold the same hotel, room, destination, dates, itinerary, supplier, activity, package or price.
  • If the new booking costs more, you pay the difference in USDC. If it costs less, the balance stays on the Credit Note under its terms.
  • Once you choose Travel Credit, the choice is final. It is not later converted into a refund.
Date Change Policy
  • Request date changes 10 or more calendar days before the scheduled departure date.
  • A date change is not guaranteed. It depends on hotel, transfer and activity availability, supplier approval, revised room rates, seasonal pricing, blackout dates, peak-season supplements, transport costs, fare differences, supplier amendment charges and revised itinerary costs.
  • If the revised package costs more, you pay the difference in USDC. Supplier amendment or date-change charges may also apply.
  • A date change is confirmed only when Atravelx confirms the revised arrangements in writing.
  • Requests made less than 10 calendar days before departure depend on supplier approval and cannot be guaranteed.
  • A postponement or date change is not a cancellation. It does not by itself create a refund or Travel Credit entitlement.
Bundled Holiday Packages
  • Atravelx holiday packages are booked and priced as bundled travel arrangements made up of several interconnected services.
  • Individual components of a confirmed package cannot ordinarily be cancelled separately.
  • Removing a service does not automatically entitle you to a proportionate refund or Travel Credit.
  • Any request to remove, replace or modify a component is treated as a package amendment, subject to supplier approval, availability, revised pricing, amounts recoverable and applicable charges.
  • A value shown against an individual service does not mean it was separately contracted or can be independently cancelled.
Visa & Travel Documentation
  • Travellers are responsible for a valid passport, the right visa, transit visas, entry permits, immigration documents, health documentation and any other paperwork required by the destination or a transit country.
  • Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant government, embassy, consulate or immigration authority. Atravelx does not guarantee approval, processing time or appointment availability.
  • A visa refusal, delay or failure to obtain a visa does not override the cancellation conditions unless Atravelx confirms otherwise in writing.
  • Government, embassy, visa application centre, biometric, courier and processing fees may be non-refundable once paid or submitted.
Refund Processing & Timeline
  • Atravelx acknowledges a cancellation request within 2 working days. Acknowledgement confirms receipt, not eligibility or amount. After reviewing the booking, Atravelx confirms in writing which services are cancelled, the refundable and non-refundable components, the deductions and the refund amount.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 45 working days from the date Atravelx confirms in writing that the refund is approved.
  • The 45 days do not run from the booking date, the date you first asked to cancel, or the departure date.
  • Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays in the United States and India.
  • Refunds are calculated and paid in USDC. The refund is the eligible package amount in USDC as shown on your invoice, less the cancellation charge and any supplier deductions.
  • If you paid in another cryptocurrency, the refund is still the USDC value of the eligible amount at the time of payment, not the number of coins you sent. Atravelx is not liable for changes in the market value of any coin between payment and refund.
  • Refunds are sent to the wallet address the payment came from, on the same network. If that is not possible, you may nominate another wallet, which Atravelx verifies in writing before sending. Atravelx is not responsible for funds sent to a wallet address you supplied incorrectly.
  • If you paid by card or bank transfer through an Atravelx payment partner, the refund goes back to that payment method where the partner supports it. Otherwise another method is agreed in writing.
  • Blockchain confirmations, payment partners, card issuers and banks may add time before the funds show in your wallet or account.
  • Where Atravelx cancels a confirmed booking for reasons within its reasonable control, all amounts received for the cancelled services are refunded in full, initiated within 7 working days. An alternative itinerary or Travel Credit may be offered, but you are not required to accept it instead of the refund.
  • An approved refund is not replaced with Travel Credit unless you expressly agree, or the supplier itself provides only a credit or voucher under conditions disclosed before booking.
Supplier-Specific & Non-Refundable Services
  • Certain services carry their own cancellation, refund or amendment terms: airline tickets, visa fees, embassy, consulate and visa-centre charges, travel insurance, rail tickets and passes, cruise and ferry bookings, event, concert, sports and attraction tickets, special-event bookings, non-refundable hotel rates, supplier deposits and any service identified as non-refundable.
  • Where supplier-specific conditions were communicated in the quotation, invoice, voucher, booking confirmation or service conditions before payment, those conditions apply to that service.
  • Blockchain network fees paid when you sent your payment are not part of the package amount and are not refundable.
No-Show, Unused & Partially Used Services
  • No refund or Travel Credit is ordinarily provided for: no-shows, cancellation after travel has commenced, voluntarily unused services, partly completed holidays, missed hotel nights, missed transfers, missed activities or sightseeing, missed trains or other transport, traveller delays, failure to report at the required time, services missed because of documentation issues, or services missed for reasons attributable to the traveller.
  • If a supplier voluntarily approves a refund in an exceptional case, Atravelx passes on the recoverable amount in USDC under the applicable supplier and booking conditions.
Booking Acceptance
  • By confirming a booking and making payment, you accept the cancellation, refund, date-change, bundled-package and Travel Credit conditions in this policy.
  • Conditions stated in writing for an individual booking (quotation, invoice, voucher or booking confirmation) supplement this policy. Where a supplier's terms are stricter and were disclosed before payment, they apply to that service.
  • A booking is governed by the version of this policy shown on the package page on the booking date, unless a later version is more favourable to you or Atravelx agrees otherwise in writing.
  • For events beyond Atravelx's reasonable control (severe weather, natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil unrest, strikes, government restrictions, border or airport closures, supplier insolvency and similar), refunds, credits, postponements or alternatives depend on the affected supplier's policy and the amounts recoverable. Atravelx helps coordinate with the suppliers.
  • Nothing in this policy restricts any statutory right available to a consumer under applicable law.

Frequently asked questions

Who is this package best for?
It is best for premium couples, families and senior travellers who want a complete UAE holiday with better pacing and upgrade options.
Can this be made private throughout?
Yes. Private airport transfers, private city tours, private Abu Dhabi tour and premium desert transfers can all be added.
Can Burj Khalifa SKY or yacht be included?
Yes. Burj Khalifa SKY, private yacht, Atlantis stay and Louvre Abu Dhabi can be included based on the final quotation.
Do Indian passport holders need a visa for Dubai and Abu Dhabi?

Yes, and the same UAE tourist visa covers both emirates and Palm Jumeirah - Dubai, the Palm and Abu Dhabi are all one country, so you do not need separate visas. There is no Schengen-style arrangement here. Most travellers use a 30-day e-visa; holders of certain US, UK or EU visas or residence may get visa on arrival, which we check for your case. We prepare and guide the documentation and keep the fee out of the headline so the base stays low.

Why is Palm Jumeirah its own stay and not just a visit?

Because the Palm is a beach island, not a sightseeing stop - the whole point of it is to stay there and use the resort and its private beach. We give it two nights in the middle of the trip as the breather between Dubai's icons and Abu Dhabi's culture. You could do the Palm as a day visit to save money, and we can quote that, but then you miss what makes the Palm special, which is waking up on it.

Are flights included, and why fly out of Abu Dhabi?

No - this is a land package, so you book your own international flights. We quote it open-jaw: into Dubai (DXB) and out of Abu Dhabi (AUH). That is deliberate - the trip ends in Abu Dhabi, so flying home from there saves you a two-hour drive back to Dubai on your last morning. When you book, choose a multi-city fare into Dubai and out of Abu Dhabi, or ask us to quote flights separately for your city and dates.

Is Burj Khalifa included, and if so, on which floor?

Yes. Burj Khalifa At The Top is included - the 124th and 125th floor observation decks, booked on a non-peak slot, which is quieter and gives a clearer daytime view over the coast. The higher 148th-floor SKY level and the sunset slots cost more and are not in the base, but we can add either if you want them. It is one of the most expensive single tickets of the trip, so having it inside the price is a real part of the value here.

Is any dinner included?

No. Daily breakfast at all three hotels only - no lunch and no dinner on any day, including the desert day. This is deliberate and the same across every Atravelq package. If you want an evening desert camp with a BBQ, or a dhow dinner cruise, we add it as a paid upgrade and show you the new total. All three bases are full of places to eat, with easy vegetarian and Indian options.

Can we upgrade to 5-star hotels?

Yes. The base is 4-star in all three places; a 5-star upgrade can be applied to any one base or all of them - a landmark Downtown Dubai tower, an Atlantis-tier Palm resort, or a 5-star in Abu Dhabi. Each upgrade raises the package price and we show you the new total before you confirm, never a headline that quietly stays the same while the room changes.

When is the best time to go?

November to March is the sweet spot across both emirates - comfortable for the desert, the Palm beach and the Corniche, though hotel rates are at their highest. April and October are workable shoulders. June to August is 45 degrees and over: the indoor icons and museums still work well, but beach and desert time is hard going. We will tell you honestly how your chosen dates will feel rather than just selling the slot.

How much moving around is there across the three bases?

Less than it sounds. The Dubai-to-Palm move is a short hop within Dubai, and the Palm-to-Abu Dhabi move is about 90 minutes to two hours, done once in a private car with your luggage, leading straight into sightseeing. Because the trip is open-jaw, you never drive back. So it is three stays but only two real moves, each built into a day rather than wasting one.

Is vegetarian and Jain food easy to find?

Very. Both Emirates have large Indian communities, so pure-vegetarian and Jain restaurants are easy to find, especially in Dubai's Bur Dubai area with its no-onion-no-garlic kitchens, and the Palm and Abu Dhabi resorts have Indian options too. On the desert morning, carry a few snacks, as food on site is limited. If you are strictly Jain, tell us at enquiry, and we will send a shortlist near each hotel.

Will our phones work - SIM and data?

Yes. Buy a tourist SIM at Dubai airport from du or Etisalat on arrival, or set up an eSIM before you fly - both work across Dubai, the Palm and Abu Dhabi on one plan. Data is handy for maps and keeping in touch with the tour operators on the transfer days. Hotel, mall and resort wifi is everywhere.
