  • Position A central 4-star in Downtown or near the Dubai Mall, on the metro for the sights, so the three Dubai days run from one comfortable base.
  • Meals here Breakfast each morning. No dinner is included on any night. Lunch and dinner are yours to choose, and vegetarian and Indian food is everywhere.
  • Being straight with you Dubai rates are highest in winter, which is also the best weather for families. We quote the real figure for your dates and party size.
Transfers

Dubai Airport to the Hotel

Private car, about 15 to 30 min

  • Pick up Met at Dubai airport (DXB) and driven to your central hotel, about 15 to 30 min. A larger vehicle for a family with luggage is arranged as needed.
  • One leg, no change The hotel is central, so there is no second transfer on arrival night.
  • Timing The car is timed to your flight landing. A late-night arrival with children is fine; the driver tracks the flight.
Activities

Two Yas Island Theme Parks (Included)

The 2-park combo pass - you choose the two

  • Pick any two parks Ferrari World (home of the world's fastest coaster), Warner Bros World (fully indoor, superheroes and cartoons), Yas Waterworld (the water park) or SeaWorld Abu Dhabi.
  • On one combo pass The two entries come together on a single pass, pre-issued, which costs less than two single-park gate tickets bought apart.
  • Pick for the weather and the ages Indoor Ferrari World and Warner Bros for heat and younger kids; Yas Waterworld for a hot day; SeaWorld for the animals.
  • Food on site Each park has food courts and restaurants

2 nights - Breakfast - Walk or shuttle to the parks

  • Stay Two nights in a 4-star Yas Island double room with a double bed and breakfast, by the theme parks. A family room or an extra bed is quoted on request.
  • Position On Yas Island itself, so the park day starts with a short walk or a free shuttle rather than a long drive, and Yas Mall and the marina are on the doorstep.
  • Meals here Breakfast both mornings. No dinner is included on any night. Yas Mall has a large family food court.
  • Being straight with you Yas Island rooms are dearer than central Dubai, especially at weekends and in race or concert weeks at the circuit. We quote the real figure for your dates.
Transfers

Dubai to Yas Island, via the Grand Mosque

Private car, about 1 hr 30 min, with the mosque stop

  • The move A private car carries the family and the bags from Dubai to Yas Island, about 1 hr 30 min, as one planned leg on Day 4.
  • Grand Mosque on the way The Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque is on the route, with entry and the dress-code abaya arranged, so the drive doubles as the Abu Dhabi highlight.
  • A short Abu Dhabi look The Corniche and a photo stop at Emirates Palace fit in before checking in on Yas Island.
Activities

Morning Desert Safari (Included)

Dune bashing - camel ride - sandboarding

  • What it is A morning run into the dunes for dune bashing in a 4x4, a camel ride and sandboarding, about four hours door to door.
  • Why morning for families Cooler sand, better light and a free afternoon, with no late camp night and tired children. The evening version is the one with the BBQ.
  • No meal, and that is deliberate No Atravelq package includes a dinner. The morning safari carries no meal, so the rule holds.
  • Want the camp instead The evening safari with a BBQ and a show is available as a paid add-on. Say so at enquiry.

THE DUBAI FRAME

Hotels

4-Star, Downtown or a Yas Resort

Quoted before you pay - requested, never promised

  • Step up to 4-5star A landmark Downtown Dubai hotel and a Yas Island luxury resort (a W-type) with a pool - the suites are larger and the pools keep children happy after a park day. We quote the jump rather than printing it.
  • Family rooms and extra beds Connecting rooms, a family room, or an extra bed for a child, all passed to the property as requests. None of them is something we can confirm in advance, and we will not tell you otherwise.
  • A resort with a pool on Yas Worth it for the two Yas nights, so the children have the pool on the evening after the parks.
  • How this works Any upgrade raises the package price and we show you the new total, not a headline that stays the same.
Transfers

On the Dubai Attraction Pass

The Yas parks are ticketed directly, not via a city pass

  • What we checked The Dubai city attraction passes - the Go Dubai and iVenture type - against what this family trip actually uses.
  • Why we skip it The big spend here is the Yas Island parks, which are ticketed directly on their own 2-park combo, not through a Dubai city pass. The Dubai sights we use are mostly free or single tickets, so a city pass loses.
  • The pass that matters The Yas 2-park combo is the one in the package, and it is already cheaper than two single-park gate tickets bought apart.
  • Getting around A Nol card covers Dubai metro and the abra on your free time; the tours and the move carry their own transport.
Activities

Dubai Sights and the Grand Mosque (Included)

City tour, Dubai Frame, Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque

  • Half-day Dubai city tour A guided shared-coach run past Jumeirah Mosque, the Burj Al Arab photo stop, the Palm and Atlantis drive, and the Marina.
  • Dubai Frame The giant golden frame, old Dubai on one side of the glass walkway and new Dubai on the other.
  • Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque On the drive to Yas Island, with entry and the dress-code abaya arranged.
  • Free for the kids The Dubai Fountain and the Dubai Mall aquarium window cost nothing and fill an evening.

Transfers

Yas Island to Abu Dhabi Airport

Private car, about 10 minutes

  • Private car out Collected from the Yas Island hotel and driven to Abu Dhabi airport (AUH), about 10 minutes away.
  • Why Abu Dhabi, not Dubai Yas Island sits beside Abu Dhabi airport, so flying out from AUH saves the 1 hr 30 min backtrack to Dubai on the last day.
  • Book flights to match This package is quoted Dubai in and Abu Dhabi out - an open-jaw flight. Drive times shown are typical, not guaranteed connections.
Activities

What You Can Add, and What It Costs You

Each one priced in your quotation, not here

  • A third Yas park Make the 2-park pass a 3-park, or add SeaWorld Abu Dhabi - best if you have a spare day or extend a night on Yas.
  • Burj Khalifa At The Top in Dubai Slots into the Day 3 Dubai afternoon, booked ahead for a cheaper non-peak slot.
  • Atlantis Aquaventure The Palm water park in Dubai, a popular extra family day if you add a Dubai night.
  • An evening BBQ safari or a dhow dinner cruise Both carry a dinner, so both are paid add-ons. Every figure is confirmed in writing before you pay.

DEPARTURE
Yas Island approach road
MORNING
Breakfast and checkout. If the flight is late, one more short Yas Mall or marina wander.
DEPARTURE
Private car to Abu Dhabi airport, about 10 minutes from Yas Island - no backtrack to Dubai.
MAKE IT LONGER
Add a third park, a Dubai night, or a day at Atlantis - just ask before you book.

Important Information

Your trip is planned based on current availability and supplier schedules. We will confirm final arrangements in your booking confirmation.

Visual journey

Why this route works

The parks are ticketed, so the holiday is planned
Two Yas Island parks come on a single combo pass, already in the package - Ferrari World, Warner Bros World, Yas Waterworld or SeaWorld, you pick the two. No queuing at the gate to work out which ticket, no last-minute sold-out panic. With children, having the big day sorted in advance is the whole point.
Two cities, one move, nothing wasted
Three nights in Dubai, then one drive to Abu Dhabi that takes in the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque on the way, and two nights on Yas Island by the parks. You fly out of Abu Dhabi, ten minutes from Yas, so there is no backtrack to Dubai on the last morning. One move, both cities done properly.
A pace that works with kids
One main thing a day, free evenings, and the parks on their own full day rather than squeezed around sightseeing. The desert safari is the morning one, so no late camp night with tired children, and the Dubai sights are the easy, child-friendly ones - the Mall aquarium, the Fountain, the Frame.

Full policy details

Cancellation Policy
  • 10 or more calendar days before departure: a 30% cancellation charge applies to the eligible package amount. Choose a 70% refund in USDC or 100% of the eligible amount as Atravelx Travel Credit.
  • Less than 10 calendar days before departure: 100% non-refundable. No refund or Travel Credit is ordinarily issued.
  • After travel commences, or no-show: non-refundable. No refund or Travel Credit is ordinarily available.
  • Days are counted as calendar days to the scheduled departure date, in UTC (Coordinated Universal Time). The timestamp on your written request fixes when Atravelx received it.
  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing through an authorised Atravelx channel: your concierge, info@atravelx.com or WhatsApp +91 92500 00511. A phone call alone does not cancel a booking until it is confirmed in writing.
  • Quote the booking reference, the lead traveller's name and the services affected. Atravelx may ask for identity or payment verification before acting on a request.
  • A reason is not needed to qualify under the 10-day window.
  • Cancelling some travellers, rooms, nights or services is a package amendment, not a cancellation. It does not qualify for the 10-day refund or credit on its own, and it can change the per-person price for the remaining travellers.
Atravelx Travel Credit
  • Travel Credit is issued as an Atravelx Credit Note for 100% of the eligible amount actually paid, denominated in USDC.
  • The 30% cancellation charge is waived when you choose Travel Credit instead of a refund.
  • Credit can be used towards any eligible service booked through Atravelx: holiday packages, stays, flights, transfers, sightseeing, car rental, visa assistance and other eligible services.
  • Travel Credit is non-cash. It cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cryptocurrency or fiat currency, or transferred to another person, unless Atravelx agrees in writing.
  • The validity period and expiry date are stated on the Credit Note.
  • Prices at the time of the new booking apply. Travel Credit does not hold the same hotel, room, destination, dates, itinerary, supplier, activity, package or price.
  • If the new booking costs more, you pay the difference in USDC. If it costs less, the balance stays on the Credit Note under its terms.
  • Once you choose Travel Credit, the choice is final. It is not later converted into a refund.
Date Change Policy
  • Request date changes 10 or more calendar days before the scheduled departure date.
  • A date change is not guaranteed. It depends on hotel, transfer and activity availability, supplier approval, revised room rates, seasonal pricing, blackout dates, peak-season supplements, transport costs, fare differences, supplier amendment charges and revised itinerary costs.
  • If the revised package costs more, you pay the difference in USDC. Supplier amendment or date-change charges may also apply.
  • A date change is confirmed only when Atravelx confirms the revised arrangements in writing.
  • Requests made less than 10 calendar days before departure depend on supplier approval and cannot be guaranteed.
  • A postponement or date change is not a cancellation. It does not by itself create a refund or Travel Credit entitlement.
Bundled Holiday Packages
  • Atravelx holiday packages are booked and priced as bundled travel arrangements made up of several interconnected services.
  • Individual components of a confirmed package cannot ordinarily be cancelled separately.
  • Removing a service does not automatically entitle you to a proportionate refund or Travel Credit.
  • Any request to remove, replace or modify a component is treated as a package amendment, subject to supplier approval, availability, revised pricing, amounts recoverable and applicable charges.
  • A value shown against an individual service does not mean it was separately contracted or can be independently cancelled.
Visa & Travel Documentation
  • Travellers are responsible for a valid passport, the right visa, transit visas, entry permits, immigration documents, health documentation and any other paperwork required by the destination or a transit country.
  • Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant government, embassy, consulate or immigration authority. Atravelx does not guarantee approval, processing time or appointment availability.
  • A visa refusal, delay or failure to obtain a visa does not override the cancellation conditions unless Atravelx confirms otherwise in writing.
  • Government, embassy, visa application centre, biometric, courier and processing fees may be non-refundable once paid or submitted.
Refund Processing & Timeline
  • Atravelx acknowledges a cancellation request within 2 working days. Acknowledgement confirms receipt, not eligibility or amount. After reviewing the booking, Atravelx confirms in writing which services are cancelled, the refundable and non-refundable components, the deductions and the refund amount.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 45 working days from the date Atravelx confirms in writing that the refund is approved.
  • The 45 days do not run from the booking date, the date you first asked to cancel, or the departure date.
  • Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays in the United States and India.
  • Refunds are calculated and paid in USDC. The refund is the eligible package amount in USDC as shown on your invoice, less the cancellation charge and any supplier deductions.
  • If you paid in another cryptocurrency, the refund is still the USDC value of the eligible amount at the time of payment, not the number of coins you sent. Atravelx is not liable for changes in the market value of any coin between payment and refund.
  • Refunds are sent to the wallet address the payment came from, on the same network. If that is not possible, you may nominate another wallet, which Atravelx verifies in writing before sending. Atravelx is not responsible for funds sent to a wallet address you supplied incorrectly.
  • If you paid by card or bank transfer through an Atravelx payment partner, the refund goes back to that payment method where the partner supports it. Otherwise another method is agreed in writing.
  • Blockchain confirmations, payment partners, card issuers and banks may add time before the funds show in your wallet or account.
  • Where Atravelx cancels a confirmed booking for reasons within its reasonable control, all amounts received for the cancelled services are refunded in full, initiated within 7 working days. An alternative itinerary or Travel Credit may be offered, but you are not required to accept it instead of the refund.
  • An approved refund is not replaced with Travel Credit unless you expressly agree, or the supplier itself provides only a credit or voucher under conditions disclosed before booking.
Supplier-Specific & Non-Refundable Services
  • Certain services carry their own cancellation, refund or amendment terms: airline tickets, visa fees, embassy, consulate and visa-centre charges, travel insurance, rail tickets and passes, cruise and ferry bookings, event, concert, sports and attraction tickets, special-event bookings, non-refundable hotel rates, supplier deposits and any service identified as non-refundable.
  • Where supplier-specific conditions were communicated in the quotation, invoice, voucher, booking confirmation or service conditions before payment, those conditions apply to that service.
  • Blockchain network fees paid when you sent your payment are not part of the package amount and are not refundable.
No-Show, Unused & Partially Used Services
  • No refund or Travel Credit is ordinarily provided for: no-shows, cancellation after travel has commenced, voluntarily unused services, partly completed holidays, missed hotel nights, missed transfers, missed activities or sightseeing, missed trains or other transport, traveller delays, failure to report at the required time, services missed because of documentation issues, or services missed for reasons attributable to the traveller.
  • If a supplier voluntarily approves a refund in an exceptional case, Atravelx passes on the recoverable amount in USDC under the applicable supplier and booking conditions.
Booking Acceptance
  • By confirming a booking and making payment, you accept the cancellation, refund, date-change, bundled-package and Travel Credit conditions in this policy.
  • Conditions stated in writing for an individual booking (quotation, invoice, voucher or booking confirmation) supplement this policy. Where a supplier's terms are stricter and were disclosed before payment, they apply to that service.
  • A booking is governed by the version of this policy shown on the package page on the booking date, unless a later version is more favourable to you or Atravelx agrees otherwise in writing.
  • For events beyond Atravelx's reasonable control (severe weather, natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil unrest, strikes, government restrictions, border or airport closures, supplier insolvency and similar), refunds, credits, postponements or alternatives depend on the affected supplier's policy and the amounts recoverable. Atravelx helps coordinate with the suppliers.
  • Nothing in this policy restricts any statutory right available to a consumer under applicable law.

Frequently asked questions

What is included in this Dubai Abu Dhabi Family package?
This Dubai Abu Dhabi Family package includes the services mentioned in the itinerary such as accommodation, daily breakfast, transfers, selected sightseeing and Atravelq trip support. The exact inclusions depend on hotel category, travel dates and final quote.
Can this Dubai Abu Dhabi Family itinerary be customised?
Yes, this Dubai Abu Dhabi Family itinerary can be customised for honeymoon, family travel, hotel upgrades, flight city, activity preferences, number of nights and budget.
What is the best time to book this Dubai Abu Dhabi Family tour package?
The best time to book this Dubai Abu Dhabi Family tour package depends on season, airfare, visa timeline and hotel availability. For peak dates, early booking usually helps secure better rates and better hotel choices.
Does Atravelq help with visa guidance for Dubai Abu Dhabi Family?
For international trips, Atravelq provides visa guidance and document support. Visa approval depends on embassy rules, traveller profile and submitted documents.
Which two Yas Island parks are included, and how do we pick the right pair?

Any two of Ferrari World, Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi (fully indoor and climate-controlled), SeaWorld Abu Dhabi, or Yas Waterworld. For younger kids, Warner Bros. + SeaWorld is the easiest pairing; for thrill-seekers, Ferrari World earns its spot. Tell us your children's ages and we'll lock the combo in your quotation.

Do we need separate taxis to move between the parks?

No. All the Yas parks and hotels sit on one island within a 5-minute reach of each other, linked by the free Yas Express shuttle. That's exactly why we kept 2 nights here — park in the morning, hotel break at midday, back out after. With kids, that rhythm beats rushing.

With a toddler, won't we miss most of the rides?

Each park has height tiers. Warner Bros. and SeaWorld have plenty of gentle, family rides a toddler can board; Ferrari World leans high-thrill. A non-riding parent can use "rider swap" — one waits, the other rides later without queuing again — so no one sits out the whole day.

Does the Grand Mosque dress code apply to children, and can we bring a stroller?

Rules are relaxed for small children, though covered knees and shoulders are still best. Strollers are allowed and the pathways are smooth and flat. This visit falls on the Day-4 Dubai-to-Yas move, so it doesn't cost you a separate day.

Can we get connecting or family rooms — three of us plus a child in one room?

Both bases are 3-star, family-friendly properties, and we request connecting or family rooms; please state the room configuration and occupancy clearly in your quotation. Final confirmation depends on the hotel, but we'll always offer a same-tier, same-area alternative if needed.

Will the desert safari be too much for young kids?

Dune bashing can get bumpy, so we'll leave that choice to you based on your children's ages— we can arrange a camp-only version (without the heavy dune drive). It's scheduled for the evening, as a relaxed sit-down after a full park day.

Is the pace manageable across six days without wearing the family out?

Yes — it's built that way. Dubai's sightseeing is front-loaded into shorter outings, Yas is kept close-quarters with midday rest built in, and the one longer transfer day doubles as the Abu Dhabi and Grand Mosque stop. No day asks you to do two big things back to back.

Can we add a third park, Atlantis Aquaventure, or other extras later?

Absolutely. A third Yas park, Atlantis Aquaventure, Burj Khalifa, or a dhow cruise can all be added — we'll price them as clearly labelled optional extras in your quotation rather than bundling them into the headline cost.
