Packages/Dubai/Dubai Classic Highlights Tour - 4 Nights
Dubai Classic Highlights Tour - 4 Nights
Tour Overview
Dubai · Old Dubai · Burj Khalifa · Desert Safari — 4 Nights
A Dubai Classic Highlights tour package from India that covers the city's icons in five tidy days and four nights from a single value 3-star base: Old Dubai and the Creek, the golden Dubai Frame, Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall, a sightseeing cruise along the Marina and a morning desert safari. It is the first-timer trip, built to be simple and affordable: airport transfers are private, the tours run on their own coaches, and the easy city sights are a short metro hop away. It is a land package, so your international flights are booked separately. Best enjoyed November to March. Tell us your travel dates, and we will build the quote around them.
The pricing is positioned competitively against large online players while allowing hotel and attraction upgrades for customers who want more comfort.
Itinerary — day by day

Arrive Dubai
Airport pickup - check in - evening free
- ARRIVAL
- Private car meets you at Dubai airport and runs you to your 3-star hotel, about 30 to 50 min.
- EVENING
- Settle in and take it easy - a walk along JBR beach or the Marina boardwalk is the classic first-night stroll.
- TOMORROW

3-Star Hotel, 4 Nights
Breakfast - your base for the whole trip
- Stay A comfortable 3-star double room with a double bed and breakfast, your single base for the whole trip - no hotel changes.
- Breakfast Breakfast every morning. No dinner on any night. Easy vegetarian and Indian food all around.
- Value by design A well-run 3-star in a convenient area rather than a pricey central tower - which is exactly how the price stays this low without losing a sight.
Dubai Airport to Your Hotel
Private car, about 30 to 50 min
- Private car on arrival Met at Dubai airport and driven to your hotel, about 30 to 50 min by area and traffic. The driver tracks your flight, so a late landing is fine.
- Costed both ends Your airport transfers are costed for both the arrival and the departure at Dubai.
Old Dubai, the Frame and the Burj
The city's roots and its icons
- Old Dubai city tour The Creek, Al Fahidi and the Gold and Spice souks, with the one-dirham abra crossing.

- THE DUBAI FRAME
- Up the giant golden frame between the old city and the new, with a glass walkway and both skylines in view.
4-Star or Central Dubai
A step up - quoted on request
- Step the hotel up Move to a 4-star, or a central Marina or Downtown hotel with a view, so you are walking distance from the Fountain or the beach in the evenings. The jump in rate is real and we quote it rather than printing it.
- Add private cars Prefer not to use the metro and coaches? We can add private cars on the touring days - a popular upgrade for families and older travellers.
- Room requests A higher floor, a double bed rather than twins, connecting rooms - all passed to the property as requests, none confirmed in advance.
- How this works Any upgrade raises the package price and we show you the new total, not a headline that stays the same.
Tours and the Metro
How the sightseeing days work
- Tours carry their own transport The old-Dubai city tour and the desert safari are picked up and dropped off on their own coaches - included in those tours, nothing to arrange.
- Burj and the Mall by metro Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall share a Red Line metro stop, so the self-guided day is a quick, cheap hop on a Nol card - no car needed.
- To be clear This package includes the airport transfers only. Private cars on the touring days are an easy add-on if you would rather not use the metro.
The Marina and the Desert
A cruise and a desert morning
- Dubai Marina cruise A relaxed sightseeing cruise along the Marina, the lit skyline from the water - no meal.
- Morning desert safari Dune-bashing and sandboarding on the Lahbab dunes, hotel pickup, no meal, back by early afternoon.
- Both sides of Dubai The glossy Marina and the open desert in one day - the contrast first-timers remember most.

Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall

- BURJ KHALIFA AT THE TOP
- Up the world's tallest tower to the 124th and 125th floor decks, with the whole city laid out below.
- THE DUBAI MALL
- The aquarium window, the souk halls and the luxury wings, free to wander on your own time around your Burj slot.
- THE DUBAI FOUNTAIN
- Free after dark on the lake below the tower, every half-hour - the easy great view of the trip.
Your Hotel to Dubai Airport
Private car, timed to your flight
- Private car out Collected from your hotel and driven to Dubai airport, timed to your flight with a buffer.
- Late flight? A late check-out or a day-use room keeps the room through the afternoon - quoted on request.
What You Can Add, and What It Costs You
Each one priced in your quotation, not here
- Private cars + a nicer hotel Add private cars on the touring days, or step up to a 4-star or central hotel.
- An Abu Dhabi day Add a day trip to the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and the Corniche - the most popular extension.
- A dinner cruise or evening desert A dhow dinner cruise or an evening BBQ desert camp - both carry a meal, so both are paid add-ons.
- How add-ons work Every figure is per person and confirmed in writing before you pay, and adding one raises the total we show you.

Full policy details
Cancellation Policy
- 10 or more calendar days before departure: a 30% cancellation charge applies to the eligible package amount. Choose a 70% refund in USDC or 100% of the eligible amount as Atravelx Travel Credit.
- Less than 10 calendar days before departure: 100% non-refundable. No refund or Travel Credit is ordinarily issued.
- After travel commences, or no-show: non-refundable. No refund or Travel Credit is ordinarily available.
- Days are counted as calendar days to the scheduled departure date, in UTC (Coordinated Universal Time). The timestamp on your written request fixes when Atravelx received it.
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing through an authorised Atravelx channel: your concierge, info@atravelx.com or WhatsApp +91 92500 00511. A phone call alone does not cancel a booking until it is confirmed in writing.
- Quote the booking reference, the lead traveller's name and the services affected. Atravelx may ask for identity or payment verification before acting on a request.
- A reason is not needed to qualify under the 10-day window.
- Cancelling some travellers, rooms, nights or services is a package amendment, not a cancellation. It does not qualify for the 10-day refund or credit on its own, and it can change the per-person price for the remaining travellers.
Atravelx Travel Credit
- Travel Credit is issued as an Atravelx Credit Note for 100% of the eligible amount actually paid, denominated in USDC.
- The 30% cancellation charge is waived when you choose Travel Credit instead of a refund.
- Credit can be used towards any eligible service booked through Atravelx: holiday packages, stays, flights, transfers, sightseeing, car rental, visa assistance and other eligible services.
- Travel Credit is non-cash. It cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cryptocurrency or fiat currency, or transferred to another person, unless Atravelx agrees in writing.
- The validity period and expiry date are stated on the Credit Note.
- Prices at the time of the new booking apply. Travel Credit does not hold the same hotel, room, destination, dates, itinerary, supplier, activity, package or price.
- If the new booking costs more, you pay the difference in USDC. If it costs less, the balance stays on the Credit Note under its terms.
- Once you choose Travel Credit, the choice is final. It is not later converted into a refund.
Date Change Policy
- Request date changes 10 or more calendar days before the scheduled departure date.
- A date change is not guaranteed. It depends on hotel, transfer and activity availability, supplier approval, revised room rates, seasonal pricing, blackout dates, peak-season supplements, transport costs, fare differences, supplier amendment charges and revised itinerary costs.
- If the revised package costs more, you pay the difference in USDC. Supplier amendment or date-change charges may also apply.
- A date change is confirmed only when Atravelx confirms the revised arrangements in writing.
- Requests made less than 10 calendar days before departure depend on supplier approval and cannot be guaranteed.
- A postponement or date change is not a cancellation. It does not by itself create a refund or Travel Credit entitlement.
Bundled Holiday Packages
- Atravelx holiday packages are booked and priced as bundled travel arrangements made up of several interconnected services.
- Individual components of a confirmed package cannot ordinarily be cancelled separately.
- Removing a service does not automatically entitle you to a proportionate refund or Travel Credit.
- Any request to remove, replace or modify a component is treated as a package amendment, subject to supplier approval, availability, revised pricing, amounts recoverable and applicable charges.
- A value shown against an individual service does not mean it was separately contracted or can be independently cancelled.
Visa & Travel Documentation
- Travellers are responsible for a valid passport, the right visa, transit visas, entry permits, immigration documents, health documentation and any other paperwork required by the destination or a transit country.
- Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant government, embassy, consulate or immigration authority. Atravelx does not guarantee approval, processing time or appointment availability.
- A visa refusal, delay or failure to obtain a visa does not override the cancellation conditions unless Atravelx confirms otherwise in writing.
- Government, embassy, visa application centre, biometric, courier and processing fees may be non-refundable once paid or submitted.
Refund Processing & Timeline
- Atravelx acknowledges a cancellation request within 2 working days. Acknowledgement confirms receipt, not eligibility or amount. After reviewing the booking, Atravelx confirms in writing which services are cancelled, the refundable and non-refundable components, the deductions and the refund amount.
- Approved refunds are processed within 45 working days from the date Atravelx confirms in writing that the refund is approved.
- The 45 days do not run from the booking date, the date you first asked to cancel, or the departure date.
- Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays in the United States and India.
- Refunds are calculated and paid in USDC. The refund is the eligible package amount in USDC as shown on your invoice, less the cancellation charge and any supplier deductions.
- If you paid in another cryptocurrency, the refund is still the USDC value of the eligible amount at the time of payment, not the number of coins you sent. Atravelx is not liable for changes in the market value of any coin between payment and refund.
- Refunds are sent to the wallet address the payment came from, on the same network. If that is not possible, you may nominate another wallet, which Atravelx verifies in writing before sending. Atravelx is not responsible for funds sent to a wallet address you supplied incorrectly.
- If you paid by card or bank transfer through an Atravelx payment partner, the refund goes back to that payment method where the partner supports it. Otherwise another method is agreed in writing.
- Blockchain confirmations, payment partners, card issuers and banks may add time before the funds show in your wallet or account.
- Where Atravelx cancels a confirmed booking for reasons within its reasonable control, all amounts received for the cancelled services are refunded in full, initiated within 7 working days. An alternative itinerary or Travel Credit may be offered, but you are not required to accept it instead of the refund.
- An approved refund is not replaced with Travel Credit unless you expressly agree, or the supplier itself provides only a credit or voucher under conditions disclosed before booking.
Supplier-Specific & Non-Refundable Services
- Certain services carry their own cancellation, refund or amendment terms: airline tickets, visa fees, embassy, consulate and visa-centre charges, travel insurance, rail tickets and passes, cruise and ferry bookings, event, concert, sports and attraction tickets, special-event bookings, non-refundable hotel rates, supplier deposits and any service identified as non-refundable.
- Where supplier-specific conditions were communicated in the quotation, invoice, voucher, booking confirmation or service conditions before payment, those conditions apply to that service.
- Blockchain network fees paid when you sent your payment are not part of the package amount and are not refundable.
No-Show, Unused & Partially Used Services
- No refund or Travel Credit is ordinarily provided for: no-shows, cancellation after travel has commenced, voluntarily unused services, partly completed holidays, missed hotel nights, missed transfers, missed activities or sightseeing, missed trains or other transport, traveller delays, failure to report at the required time, services missed because of documentation issues, or services missed for reasons attributable to the traveller.
- If a supplier voluntarily approves a refund in an exceptional case, Atravelx passes on the recoverable amount in USDC under the applicable supplier and booking conditions.
Booking Acceptance
- By confirming a booking and making payment, you accept the cancellation, refund, date-change, bundled-package and Travel Credit conditions in this policy.
- Conditions stated in writing for an individual booking (quotation, invoice, voucher or booking confirmation) supplement this policy. Where a supplier's terms are stricter and were disclosed before payment, they apply to that service.
- A booking is governed by the version of this policy shown on the package page on the booking date, unless a later version is more favourable to you or Atravelx agrees otherwise in writing.
- For events beyond Atravelx's reasonable control (severe weather, natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil unrest, strikes, government restrictions, border or airport closures, supplier insolvency and similar), refunds, credits, postponements or alternatives depend on the affected supplier's policy and the amounts recoverable. Atravelx helps coordinate with the suppliers.
- Nothing in this policy restricts any statutory right available to a consumer under applicable law.
Frequently asked questions
Is 4 nights enough for Dubai?
Can Abu Dhabi be added?
Does this include visa?
Why are only the airport transfers included, not the tour days?
To keep the price low without cutting a single sight. The old-Dubai city tour and the desert safari already come with their own coach pickup, and Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall share a metro stop, so a car there would be money spent on something the metro does in ten minutes. You get a private car for the airport runs, where it matters most with luggage, and the easy city day on the metro. Prefer cars throughout? We add them as an upgrade.
Is the Dubai Metro easy for first-timers?
Very - it is clean, cheap, air-conditioned and in English, and the Red Line runs right to the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall stop. Buy a silver Nol card at the airport, tap in and out, and top it up as you go. For the self-guided Burj and Mall day it is faster than a taxi in traffic. If anyone in your group would find the metro hard, tell us and we will price private cars instead.
Do we need to pre-book the tickets?
We pre-book Burj Khalifa, the Dubai Frame, the city tour, the Marina cruise and the desert safari for you, so your slots are held before you arrive - this matters most for Burj Khalifa in winter, when it sells out. The only things that need an early heads-up are optional add-ons like an Abu Dhabi day or an evening desert camp. Tell us early and we fit them in.
When is the best time to visit Dubai?
November to March is the sweet spot - comfortable for the desert, the Marina and walking the city, and it is peak season, so hotel rates are highest and it is worth booking early. April and October are workable shoulders. June to August is 45 degrees and over: the malls, the Frame and the Burj still work well, but the desert and outdoor time are hard going, and hotel rates drop, so summer is the budget window if the heat does not bother you.
Are flights included?
No - this is a land package, so you book your own international flights into and out of Dubai (DXB). Keeping flights out lets you use your own airline, miles or dates. Book a return fare to Dubai, or ask us to quote flights separately for your city and dates. There are frequent direct flights to Dubai from most Indian metros.
Can we upgrade the hotel or add private cars?
Yes to both. Step up to a 4-star or a central Marina or Downtown hotel for a nicer base and evenings on foot, and add private cars on the touring days if you would rather not use the metro and coaches - a common choice for families with young kids or older travellers. Each upgrade raises the package price and we show you the new total before you confirm.
