Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly. Please display the same at each ticket redemption point along with a valid photo ID. You will receive an ACTV Public Transport Services Voucher via email. There is no need to print the same. Exchange this at the Venezia Unica ticket office at Piazzale Roma and redeem a paper ticket with your voucher. You can also use the Venezia Unica self-service ticket machine present at the ticket office.

- Tickets must be validated before boarding ACTV public transport. The ACTV Tickets and Travelcard are activated from the moment they are first validated.
- One luggage item is allowed, with a maximum total size of 150 cm (length + width + height).
- The Venice Pass is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
- The pass is activated when you use it at the first attraction and is valid for consecutive days.
- Entry to Doge’s Palace is valid only on the date selected during booking.
- Visits to Doge’s Palace are permitted between 12pm and 6pm. Waiting times may occur due to required security checks.
