- In case of fog or bad weather, service may switch to a car transfer to Piazzale Roma.
- Service staff is available at Desk 71 (Marco Polo Airport, first floor).
- After arrival at Marco Polo Airport, follow signage that leads to the dock/water-bus/vaporetto area. You will have to walk for 5–10 minutes from your terminal to the dock to board your boat.
