- Bring a valid photo ID matching the name on your booking if requested at the entrance.
- You may bring your smartphone or DSLR camera for personal photos.
- Tripods, professional lights, flashes, and any other photo or filming accessories are not permitted inside the venue for safety reasons.
- Food and drinks purchased outside the venue are not allowed.
- Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.
- Large bags and suitcases are not allowed inside for security reasons.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- This experience is partially accessible with a wheelchair; all rooms can be visited, but some activities cannot be entered.
- Accessible restrooms and wheelchair-friendly facilities are available on site.
- Children below 10 years are only allowed during Kids Time and must be accompanied by at least 1 adult supervisor per child.
- Children aged 10 to 13 are welcome during all opening hours, but must be accompanied by at least 1 adult supervisor per group.
- The average visit duration is about 90 minutes, but you may stay as long as you like during operating hours.
