Getting started
Make your way to Universal Studios Singapore at Resorts World Sentosa and present your mobile voucher. If you've booked the Express Pass, remember that it is valid only with a separate Universal Studios Singapore admission ticket. During the first two operating hours, use the dedicated priority entry lane for quicker access to the park. Guests who have selected the 1-Day Ticket + Express Pass can enter the park with their included admission, while VIP Tour guests should meet their English-speaking guide at the designated meeting point before the experience begins.

- Getting there: Universal Studios Singapore, 8 Sentosa Gateway, Singapore.
- Bring along a spare set of clothes as you may get wet at select attractions. Most restrooms have a changing area.
- Photography and videography are not permitted while experiencing the attractions.
- Pets are not allowed within the premises, except for service animals.
- No costumes or full-faced masks are allowed inside the park.
- Re-entry is not allowed.
- Outside food and drinks are not permitted into the park except baby food, formulas, and food for guests with special dietary requirements. Bag checks will be conducted at the entrance.
- This experience is accessible by prams/strollers and wheelchairs.
- Stroller and wheelchair rentals are available near the park entrance at a fee. The rented stroller and wheelchair can only be used within Universal Studios Singapore.
- All restaurants, stores, toilets, lockers, and common areas are accessible to guests using wheelchairs.

- Facilities: Prayer room, halal-certified and vegetarian restaurants, ATMs, retail shops, lockers on rent, and Baby Centre.
