- Prohibited items: Glass or plastic bottles, cans, knives, laser pointers, vuvuzelas, and long umbrellas are not permitted.
- Restricted items: Weapons, pyrotechnics, flares, smoke bombs, drugs, and animals are strictly prohibited.
- Large bags: Bags larger than A4 size are not allowed. Luggage storage is not available at the stadium.
- Wheelchair and stroller access: The stadium tour is accessible to wheelchair users and visitors with strollers.
- Free entry for children: Children under 5 can join the tour for free.
- Tour availability: Tours are not available on match days or the day before Champions League matches.
- Unexpected closures: The stadium may close at short notice due to training sessions.
