Getting started
Enter via Level 5 of Jewel Changi Airport. Show your mobile ticket at the entrance. Security checks are minimal, but expect to go through bag scans.

- Getting there: Jewel Changi Airport, Airport Boulevard.
- Food and drinks are not allowed in the Canopy Park.
- Luggage and wheeled bags are not allowed inside for safety reasons. Please leave them at the baggage storage.
- The operation of drones or unmanned aircraft within 5km of Changi Airport is restricted and require a permit from CAAS.
- This experience is suitable for wheelchair users.
- The minimum height requirement for Discovery Slides is 110cm.

- The last admission is 30 minutes before closing for all attractions, except for the Changi Experience Studio, which has a last admission 60 minutes before closing. Check the official website for the daily opening hours of each attraction before your visit.
- Children aged 3 – 12 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Minimum height requirement of 110cm applies to Discovery Slides, Walking Net, and Bouncing Net
- Timings for shops and eateries are subject to change as a result of operational considerations. We recommend checking with the respective store/eatery on their operating hours before visiting Jewel.
- It is recommended that all guests wear comfortable, closed shoes for this experience.
