- During security checks, all items, including phones, must be placed in trays for X-ray screening.
- The Pantheon and accessible areas of the Colosseum complex are wheelchair and stroller accessible.
- The Pantheon follows a modest dress code: knees, shoulders, and back must be covered.
- Pantheon audio guide: The host provides access instructions upon entry.
- Timed access applies only to the Colosseum; the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill can be visited anytime within 24 hours, but each entrance may be used once.
- The Colosseum and the Forum/Palatine Hill have separate entrances. Re-entry is not allowed.
- Security screening at the Colosseum can take 30 minutes or more; arrive early.
- Each site has different opening hours; plan around 2–3 hours for the Colosseum and 1–1.5 hours each for the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill.
